i should be going in dec too! i think i'll be doing my eyelids.. still considering if i should do rhino/alar. anyway i will be going early dec.

I haven;t done alar, going next mar to do alar... me going yanhee in dec first to do jaw implant and buccal fat removal...

Nara is supposedly famous for rhino, and i am quite happy with his handiwork

rhino actually recovers faster than eyelids for me, not sure if that's the norm...

on average, as observed by me and my frens who did rhino, rhino takes 1.5 weeks to deswell to a normal size...

eyelids, one fren only took 2 weeks to look normal, i took prob 2 months to look normal... but she had very singular eyelids and she din have much fats around the eyelid to begin with; while i already had dbl eyelid originally, but was fatty and made me look sleepy...

i am oso wonderin hw long will e swell subside for alar...
aadvark, do u tink nara 's method of alar include removing some of the flesh so tat nostril part will b higher dan the center..
cos right now, my nostrail n center same level, so look very big..
Kalo recommend me that method for my nose if i wana do alar..
so i am wonderin whether nara gt do this method anot..

your rhino is done under LA or GA? me super SCARE , hope i can opt for GA....

me now checking for air tickets and hotel accomodation already....
as planned, i should be going to Dr NARA around 20th dec, cos got long holidays...
or if not, 2nd option will be going during CNY period in Feb 2008.

he uses the stitching method prepare for cotton wool over your eyes... hard to go shopping with that!

Mine is L-shape silicon, think that's the only type Nara uses...
Done under GA, so no worries, when u wake up u should look like the vampires from buffy!



but that should deswell to normal in 2 weeks... ur nose will continue deswelling after that, for next few months to its final shape...

if you going there, i recommend Lee Gardens Plaza hotel, it's one of the bigger hotels there and reasonable rates... they have a mall below it; fast food, shopping, cinema on the first few levels... more convenient...

Then I better cover all the mirrors in the hotel room B4 i go for the operation, if not will be very demoralised looking at the swollen pig head face....

i would love to have company, i was planning to go on the last day of school which is 27th nov. because i would only have 4 weeks of holidays just nice for me to recover.

did nara email you? do you think he would send before after pics of his works?

yup, he did, or maybe is the nurse that helped him to send me the price.
think it was one week ago only.

i'm working so can only go during last week of Dec. heard from the rest, nose will take at most 2 weeks to deswell... maybe we can try work things out...

paiseh, been busy past few weeks, din log in at all... i went end dec last yr also... good thing is almost x'mas, Dr Nara's schedule is not as busy...

bad thing is also almost x'mas, you wun recover in time to join any x'mas parties, unless ur frens noe...

i was really depressed, cos i was swollen, lucky my frens planned a x'mas party to spend it with me, spent the whole day making jokes abt my swollen head, made me feel much better, lol!

wat prices you enquiring abt? my frens went recently, maybe i can tell u how much they were quoted...

most of his email answered by his nurse, so sometimes she not very clear wan... nope, dun think he will send u any b4 after pix...

Hey there, newbie here, i was brought here by google machine & come accross that you guys are having disscussion about plastic surgery.

I wanted my nose reshaped badly. But i couldnt afford to pay high costs. I'd checked with YanHee and guess what, they charged me at 1k plus which is ard SGD 3k**(wonderin they anohow qoute or what ). Not including the tickets and stays.

Would love to know about Dr Nara more; And I see some of ya here had had an encounter with for his surgery before. Mine share the picture before and after?

And just wondering after the nose surgery, will the nose become natural back? As in if you accidentally bang into something not hard but will cause yr nose to bend in a lil, would it gone out of shape?

I've got round tip nose and dislike it lot, I'd always try to find a nice angle to take picture in order not to show my much of my obvious fatty nose
