i doubt dr chi does tip refinement. and if u wan go for high nose bridge, dr chi normally wont suggest to do so.. as he will say it looks weird on asian..

Not planning on doing nose bridge as I've already have a high nose bridge.

I went to dr chi before.
But am gg back again to do alarplasty + dbl eyelid n epi. His service n skills r both very good.
But he hasnt reply my email since 16th feb! Does he take even longer to reply nw? Biz too good alr.

Hello!!! Does anyone have any idea what kind of stitching Dr Nara uses? Like is it the kind that'd dissolve on its own or must remove? I'm doing rhino and alarplasty.

Would you guys mind sharing what scar recovery gel is good and that i can find in pharmacy?

I saw three-four types in local pharmacy but i'm thinking of going to the GP to get something trusty. Any reco?

Also i could get sineech from GP right?

Is Dr. Chi, Dr. Nara and Dr. Pat cheap for chin implant because they use the standard Japanese/Korean silicon implant which are low grade? I asked Dr. Pat if he has the US made implant and he quoted me more (price) for that implant. I know the US implant only last until 80 yrs (my doctor in the States told me). Does that mean the Japanese/Korean cheaper implants only last up to 20 yrs?

Hi All Im newbie here,Thanks God i found this forum that has a lot reviews bout PS in Thailand. Im planning go there middle April doing Nose revision. I got nose job few years back at Indo then turned out failed since the doctor cut the silicone uneven creating crooked&deviated nostrils so basically i got too high bridge of the silicone implant,too board/wide nasal and lack of nose tips and alar.-_-! and i have to live with it for few years till these past 6 months the silicone moved to the left and blocked my respiration and actually created sinus and blocked nose. I sneezed every morning almost every day,took slots allergic relief.now it get better after went to local doctor i got no more blocked nose but my silicone still crooked and nostrils still looked asymmetrical but the main concern is the ulcer/hole inside my nose wall. i could see the silicone protrude bit from the hole. ppl can see it if i looks up or lift up my head(sound scary but it is not painful)its created because i kept rubbed /clean my nose while i sneeze earlier and gradually eased up my skin tissue inside the nose. Theres no infection or pain. So to the point i sender my pic to yoskarn and they recommend me with cartilage and alar reduction quote me $5800 and Korea quote me with 11k lol. if anyone know any PS which is good at Nose refinement and i need dramatic result since my nose has not much structures to started with.also i want to do dimples 2 side on my cheek. Any recommend guys?and sorry for the long post. Thanks.

Im planning to go BKK Tokai Clinic Dr Pat for simple facial enhancement surgery & maybe lipo.
Have sent email with my concerns and i find him quite trustable and experienced. His prices are also quite cheap! (didnt compare with other doctors though) The location is also convenient. I wanna a fuss free surgery.
Intend to go during mid april 2012 after the 14th, anyone interested to go together? I need a partner, my gf cant make it.
