Hi, sorry for the late reply.
I was AAA cup and wanted a C cup but changed my mind when I was in the clinic as I am afraid that changes will be too drastic and people can see it. I then request for a Full B but after some measurement, Dr Chi said 270cc (smaller then full B) will be well accepted by my body (I think it is about how our body can manage the pain, will it be too heavy, too pain..etc). He mentioned something abt my breast tissue but he said I can still opt for bigger which I didn't and took his advise.
I went for consultant in his clinic in the day and went for surgery in the night in a hospital. The hospital is quite run down but the staff is very friendly.
I was in a Private room and there is an extra for my hubby. The Dr actually said I will NEED someone to take care of me. The incision is below the breast. I slept thru out the night and was discharge after DR Chi's visited me the next day abt 1pm. The pain was bearable, in fact, there is no pain, only tightness and soreness.
I implant 'less then full B' hence the fullness of my new breast didn't freak me out like most people commented in the webs.
I stayed in HatYai for 1 week. Dr Chi advised me to massage it 3 times a day abt 15mins on each breast which I did. He advised NO support bra. I continuing taking my pills (antibiotic, painkillers <thou I don't feel any pain>). I feel numbness on both breast (totally cant feel anything). I finished my 7 days antibiotic course and stopped my painkiller in 3 days. I was actually able to go shopping on the 2nd day itself. The 'pain' is more like 'bruises pain' but there is no bruises at all.
I came back to work on the 8th day without bra, only nipple sticker and no one asked me about it so far. My left breast started to regain their sense in about 1 week thou a small bottom part is still numb. My right breast is still numb till date (5th week post ops). Both scar has flatten but still very visible but it is not a concern to me since the only one seeing it is my husband.
I hope I have not left out anything....
Thank you for sharing your experience!!! =) i really appreciate it.
but curious.. why did you do under the breast and not via the armpit? Is the scar obvious?
did Dr Chi use Cohesive gel or silicon gel implants for you?
Did it look natural or is it high up your chest?
Sorry for bombarding you with questions. =(
I am looking to be a medium B. currently a AA. how many CC should i do for my case.
Im so s
No worries.
I went there with the intention to do it under breast, only my husband will see it so i dont have much concern. Another reason is bec i always wear sleeveless but i still seek Dr Chi's advise and got to know that he will only do under armpit bec he said it is easier for him to adjust (something like that). Yes the scar is quite obvious (as of now at 6th week), it is about 3-4cm.
I used the cohesive silicone gel and i also think that is the only one he have. (im not sure but you can check with him via email before you decide).
My breast look and feel very natural and it doesnt look high, maybe it is bec i going go for B cup only.
If you do your research, you will see that most women wish they would have gone bigger after their surgery and i am also one of them so i would suggest that you dont be too conservative. Go for C cup, dont be too sensitive of people noticing. Wear nipple sticker under high neck blouse for a start. Maybe can wear sports bra or no padding bra after 1mth.
Dr Chi did some measurement and told me i am AAA. I implanted 270cc and gotten medium B. I would have opt for 300-350cc if given a choice now. But of course you will take longer time, more pain..etc to recover.
Please do more research before you decide on a Dr. Different Dr will give Dr advise. Different Dr have different methods. E.g. i know some Dr dont believe in massage after the surgery.
Do not hesitate to ask me anything
