Which Thailand airport did you arrive at Bangkok or Phuket?
How do you get to Dr Chi clinic from the airport?
Where did you stay? How much will it cost per night?
Will it be safe to take the cabs? :\
kiki.. you can take tigerairway and it will directly u to hatyai airport. when you come out of the airport there will be like quite a few no. of car drivers asking where do you wan to go. (suggested price will be around 200 baht) for me i think is quite safe to take the cab but still have to be careful, no matter what you are in a foreign country not knowing their language. i stayed in lee garden plaza when i was in hatyai.. very nice hotel to stay in. i pay about 70 odd to stay in the twin bed room. they got a nice room. and is just about 10mins walk to dr chi hotel. if you know the direction and beside the hotel there is a shop where money changer and booking your hotel room can be done there. their exchange rates quite good
Hope this will help in clearing your doubt.

hi jared86^^ thanks for your help!
Will it be alright for me to show the name card/address of Dr Chi clinic to the cabs driver at the airport and then take me directly to there?
I was wondering if there are any cheap hotel offer around less than 50 SGD per night and is nearby to Dr Chi clinic? I am tight on budget for this trip to thailand
I guess I will exchange my currency at Singapore/Thailand airport for safely caution.

Please help...
I had done my rhino & alar with Dr Chi in end April, when he did the alar instead trimming the side of my nose he did a inter oral opening under my lip to cut from inside to trim it. My fren which went with me commented that it was quite well done because his was cut from outside by Dr Nara.
Now after 3 weeks when I smile I still look fake & if I laugh it would hurt, worst of all I starting to feel a pain some what like a tearing feeling on the inside (left side, under the alar spot) when I move my lip or talk. Will it be a infection???
Anyone here ever have the same experience, please advice me....Thanks

My sister and I both did BA's with Dr. Pat at Tokai Clinic in Bangkok and were very happy with the results. I was so happy I decided to go for another procedure -rhinoplasty! I got the hump shaved off my nose, which turned out wonderfully. I didn't get the tip done as Dr. Pat had suggested because I was too scared of so much change and I didn't want to look different than my twin sister. Now that I've had a nose reduction my sister is considering having hers done. Both my mom and aunt also had BA's done but in Canada and their results weren't nearly as good nor natural.
If you're interested in seeing my rhinoplasty before and after photos you can check out my blog photos
http://addicted-2-beauty.blogspot.com/p ... rgery.html comments and questions welcome. Also I'm considering cheek implants or radiesse or juviderm injections into my cheeks... so far i've been quote 21,000baht! which seems ridiculous when it's cheaper in canada.... any suggestions?
Was reading your blog about how your nose was really swelled even months after the surgery. How long would u say it took before you thought it looked good enough? Would 30 days be enough time for the swelling to go down mostly?
well, the pictures on my blog are from 11 days after surgery, so I guess it was ok enough to leave the house around then, but i think the bridge looked quite wide and swollen for just over 2 weeks, but I would say 30days after you'll start getting back to normal. I think mine was more complicated than most because he had to cut my septum, in some case your septum doesn't have to be cut. I also had two black eyes but as you can see 11 days later (and a little bit of make up) and you can't tell.

Thanks for sharing your result and experiences volatile koala, glad you are happy with your result.
I have had cheek and tear trough implants by Dr. Chiyarut in Hatyai and even though I'm still swollen a little bit, I can see the bulk of the result and I am very happy with what he's done with my face. I did go through a time where I had an INFECTION on one side of my face, but that has since cleared up...hopefully for good....
Glad the infection cleared up! i imagine that would have been a bit scary. Approximately how much did you pay for cheeks? What's recovery time like? Any pics ?

also, what are tear through implants? i haven't heard of this one before.

Hi fishball,
I am experiencing the same thing before... But don't worry.. As it is still under recovery status.. Be patient.. Don't smile/laugh so hard... , slowly your muscle will be loosen due to the regular stretching of your mouth (smiling and laughing) And it will gradually be more natural. But really takes time. Don't worry about infection...

Go golden mile and take a look.. Walking distance from lavender mrt. There are a few travel agencies that provide bus service to hatyai. 1 of them is konsortium. Roughly cost about 50bucks. Travel time 13-14hrs..
