I was intending to travel directly to the clinic, why is that not advisable? *sorry curious*

I shall be staying at Hat Yai for a day then going to Bangkok then travel back to Hat Yai to remove the stitches. I have booked the flights and hotel at Lee gardens plaza.

I am considering to go for alarplasty, may I ask what is the social downtime for it? I am working and need to plan my limited leave carefully.

Since you've booked Lee Gardens, why not check into the hotel and rest a while first ? Since the distance between Lee Garden and Nara's clinic is only around 5 min walk. Very near and easy to go.

My alarplasty stitches took 7 days to completely removed (some start dropping off by the 5th day). After alarplasty, Nara will put 2 plaster @ the area. If u wish, you can removed it the next day- which Dr Nara took it off for me. I told him I dont want to walk around with 2 plasters on my nostril areas. Haha.. Actually, if you are just doing alar, I think it's fine. Downtime is very short. And only very teeny bit of white threads can be seen. If u r not concious, then ignore it.

Thank you!
May I ask how long does it take to travel from the airport to Dr Nara's clinic? I am booking my flight now and I am not sure if I should reach Hat Yai a day earlier or on the day of the appointment.

When you reach HatYai airport, you can book taxi with fixed rate, 300 Baht for one trip. You told them to go to your hotel. They know already. You must take taxi as it is quite far from the airport. Better you reach HatYai one day earlier. You might need time to do preparation.

Buy mineral water as stock in your hotel room. Prepare cotton, tissue, clean towel, mineral water, liquid facial wash, medication, sunglasses, etc ...

Wash your hair 1 day before surgery. If possible, go for teeth cleaning/scaling to remove dirts before dimples surgery (if you do so).

I use mineral water to brush my teeth in the hotel. Water in Thai is not as clean as in Singapore and I don't want to get any infection.

I use mineral water to wash my face after I scrub it using L'oreal Facial Wash. I wash my face carefully. I also use facial cotton pad to clean the dirt and oil from my face, then absorb the remaining liquid using another new cotton.

Hi Hmd, I'm fine and still waiting to see more result. Thank you ;)
Hope u are doing fine too!

Wow... so happy to know that ur actual size is S & with an hourglass shape.. I think u can work out something for those thin spare tyres and not necessary to go thru lipo again. Maybe sit-up or just lift ur legs up hanging for few mins while u lay down on ur bed with ur hands side by side.

I was quite surprised that my appetite changed a lot. Thank God for that though! :D
E.g. I used to love coffee and must hv heavy b/fast every morning, now just dun feel like drinking coffee, and morning just a cup of Milo-O (w.o milk & sugar) and a pc of small bread.
Then see those oily food, I feel like vomiting. Sounds like pregnant huh? LOLssss... but I'm not lah... Hahaah..
So now aim on soupy food... but i still love those dried mee-pok chilli leh.... and I think it is not good cos in the soup u will see the layer of oil floating up... Yucks! Look like the fats being suck out from my body leh! Damn Er Xin rite! Hahahah...
Now, only hope I can adjust much on my intake of food ler.... :D

boii18 wrote:i did my chin augmentation ( sliding genio ) with dr charan in bangkok! It went so great. I totally dont regret it. I guess it even improved me more than my nose job with dr pat. I look great now.

But in order to look damnnn hot by chiense new year, heres my plan!

jan 2011 - revision eyelid (lower) and fat injection to chin , KOREA

april 2011 - botox jaw 20 unit each side, 10 unit for nasolabial fold
fillers - nasolabial fold

meanwhile i am combining with regular face mask, exercise and shiseido skincare.

I really hope i dont have to filler my tear trough Or nasolabial fold, as NLF filler has led to a case of blindness in korea. it was permanent. but this complications very rare - (embolism)

Either way i will be totally perfect by june!

How's the procedure for sliding genio? is it an implant on the chin?
