Ya I think the pre op supplement and SinEech helped alot too.
I skipped one day for SinEech cos I left it in my hotel room on d day I've surgery. I nvr expect I'll stay overnight in my surgeon's clinic/hospital.
Now I jus continue to consume it 3x daily. :)

Seems like the bruises and swelling on my thigh olso subside alot.

So i did my tummy last night at 7pm. I'll share my experience here.. Was freaking nervous and i ask dr nara is it painful? He said no, he will give me 2 injections on my tummy and then another one on my hand for sedation. He says just listen to the music and not think of my tummy. I was drowsy but aware of whats going on... So i listen to the radio and sing while he was doing my tummy.

It was over in on hour and they show me the fats, 500cc.
Not alot right, quite disappointed but my tummy did look flatter today anyhow. I tot more would come out of there. I walk back to hotel after resting for 15 mins and tummy feels cold to the touch and very bloated with water. I wasn't prepare for the amount of water oozing out from the incision and i didn't want to dirty the towels, so i ask the housekeeping to send a few toilet rolls up to my room. Today i went to the shop opposite and bought like 100 sanitary pads for tonight 2nd lipo. lol

So girls, please make sure you have enough pads or gauze on hand after lipo because what the clinic give you isn't enough!

jaw bone shaving and mandible reduciton are essentially the same thing and sounds exactly like what it is. It's to make a wide or strong jaw smaller. Cheek and buccal fat removal is for the fleshy soft volume part of the lower face instead of the bone. Underchin lipo is for...under the chin...it gives you a "crisper" jaw line and chin distinction

Thanks alot ahappycamper!

Hmm.....I'm still wondering which one suits me best. But as for lipo, l afraid the fats may come back. I did mesotheraphy for my double chin before and the results was really good! But after bout 6-9 months, it gradually comes back. Maybe I shud go for jaw shaving instead but guess buccal fat pad may not be that appropriate as l saw one of the forumers said that its not advisable for younger people becoz it will be thinner once we aged.

So, guess jaw shaving is more like it huh.. Btw, I'm going for chin aug. in Hatyai on December. Guess it would be good if l can do it all in one go! Do u know where is the best place for me to do jaw shaving in Hatyai?
