Hmmm I see alot of people going to dr putt, I saw people post he is not certified?
Anyway I am planning to go to Dr chi for my revision for my nose in first week of Oct after reading "annakilly" post cos I got similar experience as well.

Here is what Dr Chi replied me:
Dear slpd123
answer of your question
1. if you not satisfy that you can revision in new shape
2. I cannot tell that it will be break because I just see picture not palpate your nose
3. I can do in shape that you want in your "picture after".
4. I used L shape too and in case revision , if skin very thin i used both ear cartilage and dermal graft for correct it
5. for revision price all situation case is 14,000 thai baht
Dr. chirayut , plastic surgeon

Dear Dr Chirayut,

I had just did my nose in bangkok and I am really not happy with it. The doc used L-shape implant and I think it make my nose too sharp and my dr in singapore said that my implant seems to be slipping down and the tip might break through.
Need to check what will you recommend for my revision? I had attached a photo (CIMG2725 & CIMG2733) of you and I had also attached another photo (CIMG2733after) which I want my nose to be but I am not sure whether is it possible.
Do you use L-shape implant as well? Do you use ear cartilage? When is your next available slot?
Thanks for reading my email.

I was thinking of "shun bian" do double eyelid as well cos I did mine 8 years ago by Dr Wong and thought i want a parallel eyelid (i didnt know we can have a choice last time) this time.

Is parallel suitable for anyone??

Also, I was thinking of flying there on a fri, consult, do the surgery on sat and fly back on sun morning, you think I can take it?

Also, which hotel is nearer to dr chi clinic?

Thanks!

Hi astrogirl,

The puss after that was clear again, there was/is no pain now. however there is still some swelling and pus in there. Worse thing is that i went to see a local aesthetic doctor/plastic surgeon, she said have to take it out which i refused. I insist on taking antibiotics and heal it. However, i'm depressed when my friend say that my nose looks swollen and out of shape, its the 13th day???????? I'm not sure if i should perservere but i am not able to take leave and take it out again and insert it back at a later date. I just want it to heal. Anyone has similar experience to share or do you have msn or something astrogirl for advise?

Thanks

hey,

im the one involved in the surgery? any advises?

The pus came leaking out the past 3 days. THe bump is smaller now and has turned from red to blue-ish black shade. The pus became more yellowish and smelly but less watery, I just finished my course of augmentin, and stopped my course of antibiotics from Dr Putt, any suggestions now????
sorry don't mean to scare you or anything but it doesn't sound very good. i had slight infection as well after i came back to sg 1 week plus post op. i went to a PS doc in sg and he gave me augmentin as well. and from there my infection was cleared. having finished your augmentin and your pus still not cleared, you should go consult a PS doc rather than a GP now.

All the best.
Hello,

I am changing another course of antibiotics now which is supposedly stronger. Can you tell me where did your pus form? How long was your course of antibiotics and did you manage to drain out your pus daily? or did you leave it there?

Many many thanks

Sorry I don't have any personal experience to share, but skin/bump turning blueish black and still with pus is not good.

It's really best to seek professional advise from plastic surgeon.

Dr Putt does not have any website.

Usually he will take 2 to 3 days to reply ur email or never just like

me actually i plan to go 2/9 but he kept on no reply which worried me alot.

Plus he do not have much reviews on BA so i changed my mind to go to

Dr nara instead. I tired calling him hp but no one pick up plus i text him

also no reply even though the line is still in use.

Sigh......very hard to get him......

hi have you done your BA? pls share with me

help?

Post by raiderbomb » Tue, 07 Sep 2010 12:37 pm

can anyone tell me how do i reach dr nara personally since emails are always directed to his nurses? if i call him at his number, will i be able to reach him directly? i emailed my pictures twice to amy and she stopped replying. is dr nara good with cheek implants? the last time i emailed my pics to amy, she said cheek implants will make me look like a tranny. =.=
i just find my face very flat and i think cheek implants will make it look better. any other dr for recommendation for cheek implants? i intend to do upper eyelid fat removal with dr nara too. im wondering if he does cheek implants well. is dr chi good?

Hey summerboy02, how long was your recovery for chin?
I'm 12 days post op and I'm still having bruises on my chin (which looks a lil bit like broken blood vessels). I do have bruises below my chin (understandable since it's where the implant is located at) but not infront right?

Darn it. I'm still trying to figure out what's e best way to get these bruises away. Wonder if rolling hardboiled egg on it works or not? lol.
