You did Lipo with Nara Last year? How was the results? Is it obvious after lipo's done, i.e drop one or two dress size? Does it still look good now? I'm going to him In Nov for Lipo as well... still looking to buy compression garments, any advise where to get not so expensive ones?

Have you book your appointment with Nara? The waiting list is pretty long... I wish you good luck in overhauling your face this year and hope you"ll be happy with the results :)
Hi Moochi,

Sorry I missed out some question you asked me.

for the compression garment, it is best you go online and order. I can't really remember the name, something veronica compression garment. you can check in google.

I didn't use the expensive one, so my skin still abit loose.

I have not book any apt with doc Nara. I have to wait till I done my lasik, then I will call them for the apt, most prolly year end bah, Cause I tot of doing my face for chinese year. LOL

Cheers :D
Thanks Shan for your reply, You mean you wanna do face before Chinese New Year? Must book already cos his schedule already pack till Nov/Dec period, otherwise can't recover in time for CNY. You mind telling me how much is ur compression garment? Most is abt $200 plus SGD. Also checking out the makemeheal webby but so many to choose from, so confusing...

just a quick update as contribution. It has been more than 2 weeks after my rhino with Dr Nara on 26th July night.

My friends mostly commented I look different. *Panic*
My mum was so sure I did sth to my nose...can't hide!!
For those who are v conscious, it's better you prep yourself to cover up with big geeky spectacles.

My nose is definitely looking ALOT better with the swelling majorly reduced. I don't look like avatar anymore, so PHEWW and YAYYYY! I do look different, the bridge between my eyes is significantly higher...in a way making my face look elegant. I hope with time, it will look even natural because I my face looks sort of "stiff" with flash photography still, especially the area between my eyebrows.

I must say that Dr Nara's work is pretty natural, but if you're looking for a slim korean kind of nose, he might not be what you'll wanna look for.

As for stitch removal part, it wasn't as pain as I thought...almost like cutting nostril hair haha! Just make sure you clean your nose well to remove blood cots beforehand. I was charged $25 at my family doc. My friend who had to remove stitches for double eyelid on the other hand, said it hurts like mad though.

BTW, for those who read my previous post, I also did botox on jaw for hopefully face slimming effect (not for wrinkles or anything). I don't see any difference 2 weeks from the procedure...so for those who are considering, you might wanna save your $!

Pictures to share (I had makeup on):

As you can see, I don't necessary have a perfect nose, but it's definitely an aesthetic improvement. :)
Did you do ur jaw botox with Nara? How much did you pay and did he tell you how many units he injected for you?

Oh. Moochi, mine was from the market near the Indra hotel, only abt sgd 10. it was already hurt like mad when i wear that, i think i have sensitive skin, after the ops, straight i have blue black all over. but the next day i went to the clinic, got one aunty go there, she did lipo for tummy, but nothing happen to her tummy lor...

i think you buy online the expensive one better, its tighter, so compression better result. i regret didn't use the good garment, so this time i go back i want to check with Nara, see what he can help me on my thigh.

Ya I want to do my nose and chin, i think i better email amy for apt liao..
thanks for reminding.

Cheers.

I am planning to go and see Dr Nara maybe in the December, if anyone wants to tag along with me, so that we could share the room and travel to Hatyai together? :D

from my own experience, ur nose will still shrink quite a bit...
as for jaw botox, botox only works on muscle, urs doesn't seem big in the picture, so i doubt there wld be much diff.

i have frens whose square jaw is due to muscle, and the effect was tremendous. some ppl's square jaw is due to bone structure tho, so will have zero diff
Next: Forehead augmentation, botox, RF

aNYone had done BA with Dr Putt before?

In my opinion, Dr Chirayut is better because he is officially a board certified PS in Thailand. You can see the difference in their stitching. Normal stitching and PS stitching is very different. I understand now why having certification in PS makes a very important difference. The underlying, but most important factor stems in the details. In the world of PS, 1 mm makes a whole lot of difference.

Make Me Heal Plastic Surgery Healing Supplements & Vitam

Post by moochi » Thu, 12 Aug 2010 4:57 pm

Anyone bought this instead of sineech? Seems like a good product as it has alot of vitamins to promote healing post op whereas sineech reduces swelling only.

Any opinions aadvark?

Hi,

need help on a question.

When is it safe to conduct facial after a rhinoplasty+tipolasty surgery?

Im emphasizing on the point where by they have to squeeze/drag out blackheads/clogged pimples on the nose. The pressure is intensive.

Pls advice, thanks
