I am going to do my rhino on 7th Dec. Wanna ask, how bad is the swelling, cos i heard that the face will be bloated & bruised. Would it be possible to look at least decent on 10th Dec when I travel back ? Will try to get Sineech & drown myself in pineapple juice ..

And I will be doing my eyelids (stitching only) next week by a local dr. Will my face/ eyelids be that swollen that it breaks my stitches ?

Hi, thanks for the reply and advise.. actually i asked a few friends of mine the same question and they told me what you have said too.. guess i just don't do anymore alar and be happy with my current nose.

Sometimes a nose isn't big but looks "big" because of the imbalance. I did my alars but overall it's a "deprovement" as it made the whole nose looks even more bulbous.

I think your nose is already small for Chinese (I assume you are Chinese). If you make it smaller, it may look weird. If you reduce alars even more, I think it's going to make the tip stand out even more so it'll actually look bigger and more bulbous.

Plus your nostrils already look to be on the small side. Any smaller and you may have breathing difficulties like the sidewalls so of your nose collasping in when you breathe etc due to Bernoulli's equation.

Think it looks fine.

I've sent email to Dr Nara, Dr Putt, Dr Pat & Dr Chi with my nose pix attached. Just received a reply from Dr Chi & Dr Pat.

for your problem need consult head to head because picture have 2 dimension but not 3 dimension in real.

I would like to inform you that your nose tip is not big but alar is big with thick skin. However it seems the implant is deviated.
The procedures I would suggest are alar reduction (Alarplasty 21,000 Baht) and nose implant revision (25,000 Baht).

I would suggest you to go to Dr Chai. The PS which which Jess89 went if you are unable to book an appointment with Dr Nara in May. We have 2 slots to let go for Dr Nara on the 13th June, Sunday.

May I know who have appointment with Dr. Nara on 19.11.2010 or 20.11.2010 and want to cancel it? If anyone will cancel their appointment on that date, would you inform me? Or anyone want to change your appointment to 18.11.2010, please let me know. But I need 2 slot. Actually I'm so disappointed with Dr.Nara clinic, A few days ago I already called Ms. Kay on Dr. Nara clinic and asked about the appointment date on Mid November. I said that maybe my mom will go there on 18 November 2010. She said that still have so many slot, so I bought my mom and her friend ticket to Penang. After that, I email Ms. Amy and she did not reply. Because she did not reply, I called her and ask for the appointment. And Ms. Amy Said that already fully booked. I'm so confused because the ticket already bought. And Ms. Amy said that Ms. Kay already booked for me on 18.11.2010. My mom's ticket is 18.11.2010 from Medan and arrive at Penang about 12.00 noon. So I asked Ms Amy to change my schedule and she said that she couldn't do that because already fully booked. So I said to Ms Amy maybe mom mom and her friend will be arrive at Hatyai about 6 PM, she said clinic close at 8.00 PM. After the conversation, Ms. Amy email me and said that I have to arrive at the clinic before 4 PM... Oh, How Can they do that....So If any one want to change the schedule according to my schedule, please email me at [email protected]. I'm very appreciate that. My mom already went to dr.nara's clinic last may 2010 and failed because we do not know that we have to make appointment.
