Just wondering after few yrs after surgery done by Dr Nara, are there any more updates on the final results? Is it still as good as before or even better? My questions are directing at double eyelids, epi, rhinoplasty, alarplasty and liposuction procedures.

i have never done epi, but i wld say the eyelids get better with age for sure; i hated my lids the entire first yr, kept wanting to revise it, now i dun wanna touch it

my nose still looks and feels the same, even after all the hard bumps over the yrs. i did rhino and alar. of cos, it varies individually. guys have thicker skin, so we run lesser risk of extrusion

Next: Forehead augmentation, botox, RF

Re: after 7 months...
Hi,rhinoalar wrote:I did alar n Rhino with Nara last year dec and now its 7 months after the surgery.. I am still not very happy with the result of my nose cos even its higher but overall it still look big and round. i need it to be smaller, especially the tip and the side of my nose.
I am thinking of goin for Alar again nx year, any advise from you guys that i should do it anot? Do i have to take out the implant inorder to do alar again?
Attached is my nose photo...

Sometimes a nose isn't big but looks "big" because of the imbalance. I did my alars but overall it's a "deprovement" as it made the whole nose looks even more bulbous.
I think your nose is already small for Chinese (I assume you are Chinese). If you make it smaller, it may look weird. If you reduce alars even more, I think it's going to make the tip stand out even more so it'll actually look bigger and more bulbous.
Plus your nostrils already look to be on the small side. Any smaller and you may have breathing difficulties like the sidewalls so of your nose collasping in when you breathe etc due to Bernoulli's equation.
Think it looks fine.

Hey, nice to see you back again

Thanks for replying to my pm. I'm edging towards Dr Nara for the revision work. Hope he will agree to do Alar on my nose, does he charge extra for taking out the previous implant on top of the rhino cost?
Don't think I need Epi work rite? The info i gather on Epi is actually to correct the fold on the inner eye for some people.
Are you planning to get any work done this year?

Compression Garment
Hi all,
Does anyone wants to let go of their compression garments (L) for stage one and (M) for stage two. It's for Tummy and thighs procedures. Please pm me.
Chin lipo need any compression garments for face? Some forumers say yes and some say no need so I'm confuse now.
Also looking to buy Sineech if you have extra packs to let go.
Cheers
