my lipo on my thighs was basically a few red spots.. cos tatz where the syringe poked in to draw the fats out... but no stitches..

yeah, they stitched up the little hole they draw out the fats from...

dun think ur tip is bulbous, dr nara i think will extend the tip for you a little so the tip will look sharper, smaller... implant and alar should solve your problem... my fren's nose was similar to urs, looks pretty good now with implant and alar

aadvark, what's the difference between face lipo, cheek lipo, and buccal fat?
don't they all treat the SAME area?

my nose is kindof bulbous in the middle not the side,
or issit wings u call it?
after reading thru the post it seems kind of impossible
to make it smaller??even with alarplasty?
err alarplasty seems to be operation to reduce the width
of nostrils?haha but i tink my nostril like kinda small alr
bcoz the flesh at the middle of my nose is lyk 'squeezing'
it if u get my point.
and whats tip refinement abt?

I'm new here. I've been reading through these pages and it looks like most of you are satisfied with Dr Nara's work. I'm a PS newbie and have so many questions i'd like to have them answered. would anyone please help?
Does Dr Nara only do those PS listed in advark's last post?
Anyone here has done lip reduction and breast reduction, which doctor is good?
Thinking of doing epi for my right eye kind of droppy, and eyebag removal? but heard that it drops even more after few years, is it true? Anyone can explain what's fat transferring, please?

face lipo shld = cheek lipo
never used the term face lipo b4, so have to ask the person who used it

lipo is done to extract the fat from the surface layer. basically it's this same layer that gets thicker when we overeat and under-exercise. so even if you lipo le, must maintain else will get fat again

buccal fat pad is a deeper layer, and it might decrease in size with age but will never increase. if removed, is permanent. this pic i found should show in better detail

if u're referring to a bulbous tip then tip refinement is what u are looking for... Lazy just did it at tokai clinic by Dr Pat, 25000 baht

he does an open nose surgery - he lifts the skin up from the nose, and he trims away excess fat and also trims the cartilage to achieve a smaller tip... Lazy shld be posting up pix soon, we just did some PS at tokai last week

to add on, aadvark, u did lipo at nara's or tokai? neck/chin area only?
i'm thinking if nara's lipo will be ok since he doesn't provide compression garments. anyone did lipo with dr nara can share the results with us?

yes tokai does alarplasty for 20 000baht individually but together with implant/tip its a discount to 15000baht. i intend to go before june! ahahah!
