Am in BKK now and it's day 4 after my rhinoplasty n eye bag removal surgery. Got these done at Yanhee International Hospital by the HOD of PS, Dr Greechart.

Break down of surgery costs:
Rhinoplasty USD540
Hump reduction USD400
Lower blepharoplasty USD540

Anyways, just wanna share tt it's been an awesome experience and i can't be happier with the results. =)

N to all who are considering getting PS done, give Yanhee Hospital a thought. Good luck!!
Hi there, Gwen.

I'm still here n it's my 8th day here. Supposed to stay for only 4 days but my boyfriend wanted to play safe n stay till my follow up consultation which was today.

The hospital recommended Royal River Hotel which costs ard 70+ per night but my boyfriend chose Centre Point Hotel instead which costs ard 120+ pe night. This hotel is awesome- it's a Serviced Apartment connected to Robinsons so there's all sorts of amenities, n some street shopping right at its doorstep.

SGD1.5k according to current exchange rate will give u around USD1.04k so u should be fine. =) I actually didn't expect to pay USD400 for hump shaving cuz i didn't realise tt i had one! Haha. Bring yr credit card along, i'd say. Heh.

Hi rin, not sure about Dr Arthur's skill but if he has a place in Singapore - my guess is that he won't be able to offer prices like Dr Nara's.

Need advice....

Post by purpur_her » Wed, 03 Feb 2010 11:08 am

Hi people, I am going to Dr Nara for my nose surgery soon. However, my friend and relative dun really encourage me to do it as they afraid the operation might fail and I will be end up disfigured for the rest of my life. I do know they concern about me but on the other hand I really dissatisfied my nose, mine is low bridge, wide and large tip. I am dying to do it but at the time I afraid of failure too..Sometimes, I really hate myself for having this nose..hai.. Hence can someone advice me the risk factor and what if the operation fail, will the nose ruin forever? Thank you guys...

Rhinoplasty is only a minor surgery but no one can guarantee 100% risk free though. You got to decide for yourself how desparate you want to change the way you look.

But one thing I can say for myself, after I had done my eyes, nose, took off my braces and slimmed down I look totally awesome and feel so much more confidence nowadays.

I will be going to dr nara in Mar for my chin and also whitening for my teeth.

Be warned, ps can be addictive.

Every once in a while we get these kind of lazy idiots that can't be bothered to read, whole thread of infos and people sharing their experience and there's still people who ask the same questions .

I made my decision finally , I need to get my nose done . I dont really have a big nose but it does not have a high bridge , I would say its mediocre , and rather "pudgy" at the tip .

I have asked Dr . Nara his opinion when I did my eyes if I should get my tips done or alar , he shooked his head and said all I need was rhino and implant . I didnt asked further for I was quite nervous of my eye op and havent got the chance to ask since then (he was mighty bz)

My Question is ..Can this even be done?? I do have a bump on my nose , but not seious laa ... Then means I have to use more money lorrrr~ Should I do rhino first ..or ? Does it even makes a difference , if ur bump on bridge is not seious?

The L-implant should be able to achieve all you mentioned above, higher bridge, sharper tip, and i suspect maybe even play down the hump a bit :)
You probably wun end up with a celebrity nose, but definitely a highly improved version of ur current one :)

You still got room for PS :P

Ya, let it recovers before moving on to the next ps, if not, will feel rather depressed looking at the incompleted work everyday.
