Hi huskyjude,

Which hotel are u staying this time? Novotel? I don't understand why they didn't include free internet access since the room rates are higher.

U're doing your thighs? will 2 days rest be enough?

and the worst thing is that, it seems like there is nothing done to my nose and even my parents and siblings said so. it looks jus like my old nose, swollen.
sigh.. getting pretty depressed and anxious...

but i did saw my nose right aft the surgery and i find that it looks good. at least better then my old nose.
is it that aft all the bruising n swelling are gone, it will look exactly like wat i saw in the mirror right aft the surgery??
yes, it shld look like ur nose that was immediately after the op, but slightly smaller, cos by time u saw shld have started to swell already.

Isn;t it amazing how some family members like to ridicule more than support? Mine would too, hence I din let them know and stayed in Hatyai for almost a week b4 returning home. Diff families have diff culture, mine likes to criticise more than compliment :P

should be lee gardens plaza since no one's going with me to share the cost and go shopping together. I thus need the internet - hatyai is really boring!

Novotel's internet rate is super exorbitant to say the least - 200baht per hr leh! But it's the best hotel in hatyai in terms of room, breakfast & service.

ya mine too. Traditional chinese family. More so because they thought I was wasting my money and I should have gone exercising & save all that money. But they didn't realise it's really hard to lose certain fats in precise areas. I managed to cover up the last surgery & this time round should be tougher since I think the thigh surgery should be more painful & i'm also doing chin.

Hi missy-me and aadvark, I have the same problem with missy-me too.. :( I did mine with Dr Puttisak on 1st dec. I like how it look when i first saw after out from the op, high brigde. But now it seem like just a bit of height. And look different for the nose i saw when i came out from op. Today is the 4rd days of op. Is it because of the swell from my eyes and make it seem like no brigde? So aadvark, will it look the same when i came out from the op just slighty smaller? Oh, when can i start shifting the implant? Cause it seem abit more to my left or maybe because it is swollen? And will the implant move downward? Will greatly appreciate..

Hi huskyjude,

U're doing chin implant or chin lipo? remember to get a compression garment for the face if u're doing chin lipo.

Good, u're bringing your laptop, can chat with us when u're there, help me to ask Dr Nara why he only do one part per person. Thanks!

Where's sasa05? How's your eyes & the areas that have been lipoed? Still swelling?

thanks aadvark. haha..
i left u a message on msn but u weren't online. i had been lingering here for a LONG time, for years. before i finally pluck the courage and just go ahead with the operation.
i bought sinecch from rachel and the most vexing thing is that after consuming it on the operation day, i left the rest of the pills in the hotel room! argh! and i came back to singapore the nx day after surgery. so angry with myself!!!

actually i think my nose does look the same after surgery. maybe cuz my nose is chao tian pi and bulbous. n i had no bridge at all before the surgery. so worried..
=(

i think someone asked it before, it's because he can only use a certain amt of anaesthesia, imagine you share the same amount of anaesthesia spread over various parts, wat if it won't last long or be effective, won't it hurt like hell.
Or do you mean why he only does one time for each part? I think it could be margin of safety, multiple liposuction is dangerous, thins the cellular wall?

Have to buy compression garment for chin ah?? Can don't buy or not?
Anyone selling a secondhard garment for chin please pm me? Or I can rent from you too if you want.

yeah, too much lipo at one time results in complications and if serious, death. Lipo is considered one of the more dangerous forms of elective surgery.

The bridge is the first to go down first. Unfortunately everything will only shrink, if you find the bridge too low now, means it will only go lower the next few mths. The tip takes 1-2 mths to become soft and defined again, so have to be patient.

Regarding the bridge, everyone wants a high bridge to look more eurasian. But seriously, i've seen many ppl on the streets with overly high bridges and it looks extremely fake and very thai-transvestite looking. Trust Nara's eye, he will try to make it look natural at least.
How high a bridge a person can take depends on many other factors also; forehead, face structure etc all help determine how high a bridge u can take.

Hi huskyjude,

Don't need lah, i'll lend it to u. Just found it in my drawer, it's marena brand M size. U're suppose to layer it with some pad or cotton gauze as it'll leak at the incision points but very very minimal.

I just wore it for 5 days then took off already! U can PM me if u're interested.

Oh, i mean why Nara only do one part for each person, meaning if I do tummy next year, 2 years later if I put on weight, seems he will refuse to do my tummy again? Is it true, maybe u can help me to clarify, thanks!

hi Angel,

My eyes and lipo-ed area are still swollen! Hahaha
4 weeks post op exactly today.

Eyes still super dark with 2 "fatty worms".
"Worms" lose a bit of weight, not so "fat" but still can see it's swollen and crease had drop a bit lower...
i realised i actually like the height now but well, i know they'll drop further
I got 2 compliments about my eyes.
1 from my aunty and 1 from my co. finance guy. :)

Lipoed areas still as swollen.
worst areas are arms and inner thighs.
my arms are the worst, got a bump on right arms which is damn huge!
Even till now, it's still bigger than a chicken egg.
I'm trying to be on arm compression all the time.

for inner thighs, they're so swollen and in order to "give way" to each other, both became an S.
left thigh is S and right thighs is inverted s.. like 5. like this--> S5
so they can fit each other, like jigsaw puzzle (don't know if you can catch what I'm saying) :P

All areas are still kinda sore.
still the same, no inches loss yet except say 1/2 - 1 inch for arms? but I can feel my clothings looser.
A frd msn me, said he had seen me around at my work place last week, said i looked 1 size smaller.

By the way, u mentioned compression garment for face if doing chin lipo.
Is it a must? I was thinking of chin lipo and I'll forgo the CG.
Exp and wear for a period of time only and walk around with that really werid leh.

Hahaaaa.. sasa, really miss your posts, very humorous.

Chin implant don't need CG but chin lipo better wear coz it'll swell.
I did buccal fat & face lipo so CG very important. Face will swell at its peak of 72hrs, be mentally prepared.

But it's a bit ugly to wear out, so u've to think of how to camouflage, eg, wear a cap or wrap a scarf etc.

Maybe I'll loan it from you if i decide to go for it can?
Wear at home and at night time during sleep.
You took off yyr face CG after 5 days but how long was it initally advised to be worn for? :???:
