Ok, thanks Sasa,

I've tried Fuji in Phuket, their ramen cannot make it but I like the salmon roll, very generous with the salmon but not cheap, about 200 baht per box (5 or 6 roll), will usually buy 2 boxes ($16) as takeaway.

Since tiger only fly tue, thur, sat, I'm going to do the entire tummy, will take 4 to 5 days, assuming i start on thurs, by next monday, i should finish the 5th part, you think it's ok for me to fly back on tue? or have to rest somemore until thurs for the flight?

I'll choose to stay here to rest for a few days in case of anything.
And also, you'll feel so sore I don't think you can move properly.
this is personally lah, there're ppl who flew back direct the next day.

Envyme, how long did the soreness last?
my gf and me are still feeling very sore.
For my arms, the compression sleeves not long enough, i gotto keep tugging it down.
Now the area at elbow all swollen badly, where the garment sleeves is cut off...
very very bad, as if all the fluids is retained there.
Can you remember how long did your swelling last for?
and the bruises, how long they took to go off?
we looked as if a lorry just rolled over us.

alamak, *slap my forehead*, I forgot about the leakage, don't know is it safe to fly back immediately on the next day. Will the tummy leak alot on the next day? definitely do not wish to stain the plane's seats. When will it stop?

Me ME! I flew back to Singapore directly next day afternoon after changing to the waterproof dressing with Nara for my last procedure.

I still remember everything I do, every move I make is very very careful, as if I am so fragile that anyone touches me I will break into pieces. I sit very slowly (because of thigh lipo) , I walk slowly because my tummy area wasn't compress much with the compression garment (size problem) therefore I wouldn't want my tummy to shake while walking. First few days kinda living in hell.

But maybe my mindset save me alot from thinking on pain and stuff, I always think that after all this swell I will be slimmer!!!

Ok SASA, back to your question, for the soreness you feeling now, it will last probably 2weeks. After that is not that bad though til now the sore is stil there, (it's only when you rub or pinch that area). But my bruise gone totally about 3weeks+ post op, that time I got post about it if I'm not wrong.

As for swelling, I'm still reducing from it! My swell develop into lumps, big lumps small lumps, but now, much lumps seems to gone already, no more lumps for arms, little bit lumps for tummy and still some lumps on my inner thigh.

I'm 10weeks post op!

By the way I realy dont know why you girls can leak so much and so badly. Mine barely have any leakage, smetimes don't even need to change the gauze. Im starting to think that I'm abit abnormal?? Or was it because Ning has squeeze much out right after my op before she cleans for me?

=(

Hi Sasa,

I am currently staying in Hat yai and would like to know about your experience on the whitening procedure. What is the name of the procedure and how much did you pay for it? Btw do you have the name of the dental clinic? (purple signboard opposite Dr Nara's clinic)?

I am looking forward to receiving your soonest reply.

PS: Have a speedy recovery. Btw when do you plan to fly back to Sin?

Angel,
All mine can be changed the following morning to waterproof.
Even for my arms whichs leaked so badly throughout the whole night, next morning also can be changed to waterproof plasters.
Except 1 of my inner thighs which didn't stop and the nurse say cannot change. I got the plaster and changed it myself in the evening.
My gf inner thighs also didnt stop until following day evening.

Envyme,
Ning always squeeze out the fluids after op before stitching, can feel her squeeze me :P
Somehow my outer thighs and arms leaked so terrible, no joke.
it's not dripping or flowing out, it's SQUIRTING out. Hahaha
When back in sg, I upload the pics of my bed then show you girls
regarding the sitting, oh yes! we're like super old ladies, sit and stand up esp slow.
Esp when we sit on toilet bowl... oooooo the pain... Hahaha
My gf when did her outer, Dr Nara touched quite alot on her back thigh too. Think because she's in normal size, he tried to take out as much as he can :)
Her whole circumference of the thigh is all badly bruised

Hi there,

Sorry, missed out this post just now.
I don't have the name for the clinic, it's written in thai.
It's just opp Dr Nara's clinic, when you stepped out of Dr Nara's clinic, cross the road and turn right and walk down.

It's call laser whitening.
She'll give u a model to see what's your current shade and another 1 to tell you which shade you can whiten to.
Before the procedure, scaling, cleaning will be done. Total is 8000baht.
After laser whitening, it'll be whiter and you'll be given take home kits.
as you use the take home kits, your teeth will get whiter and whiter.
Instructions will be give on how to go about it.

Lasering is only about 30mins and it's the laser is not on for 30 mins, it's like only a few mins, rest then few mins on and so on.
No discomfort at all, in fact i fell asleep during the laser.
You'll need to go back in 3 hrs time to collect your bleaching tray and take home kits.
Last night, I did the take home bleaching and it's already so much whiter this morning.
The dentist is a lady, she knows english, not say very fluent but still can communicate.

You're in hatyai to see Dr Nara too?
I'll be going back to SG by coach on sat. :)

Finally, your are coming back, hope everything is fine. I did not get the chance to whiten my teeth as I have braces on. What brand is the whitening, I've heard Bright smiles and Zoom are good.

Hi Sasa,

Thank you so much for the info. :) It is really helpful. I will check it out as the charge is definitely cheaper compared to the clinic in Singapore.

I am tempting to go for nose job and eye lift though but i dont have the courage. :P I have seen a thai gf who did a nose job with Dr Nara and he has done a good job. I didnt even know she went for surgery before. very natural. I have yet to ask for more info...

PS: I am staying here for other personal reason and I am adapting to the environment and culture here. It is great to chat with someone from Singapore. If you are up to it, i can go down to lee garden to meet u and your fren for coffee at 1-2ish. :) Btw I am a lady and definitely not stalker or whatsoever. Lol. I cant PM u cos i am new to the website. If u feel comfortable, pm your contact and we can arrange a time. Hope to hear from u soon.

Cheers

No worries. :) Things are so much cheaper here especially the beauty fix. I got my hair color and cut for 1500 bahts the other day. it would have cost twice in Sin. However, i could not find salon who will do natural eye lash extension. I went to one but they did a bad job by sticking 3 lashes to one natural lash. Very unnatural!! :( If you happen to know of any salon who offer good service on that, do let me know.

Anyway, u have fun today and a smooth trip tmr :)
