Very good indeed. So he covered the upper & lower tummy in one session, considered one area, i.e 10 000 baht?
Other doctors will consider it as two areas and charge separately.

Now, i'm worried about the pain factor. Obviously, u've high threshold of pain and yet you cried out in pain. Oh dear. You reckon that there's not enough sedation or LA? Does the same thing happen to your thighs today?

1) How many more areas to go? When are you returning?

2) Where did you buy your compression garment? online or local distributor?

You're very lucky to have your gf to provide moral support.
Thanks again for being so helpful! I appreciate it.
to answer your questions 1st.
1) I still got inner thigh and arms to go.
Need to consult Dr Nara tomoorow again, might wanna do waist area too.

2)I bought them in local distributor of Marena.

yes he covered my upper and lower tummy in 1 session means 10kbaht.
I came back from thighs lipo, Dr Nara recommended outer 1st.
I did mine 1st then my gf went in after me.
It was fast, maybe about an hr or so for each of us, just as my gf came out, my incision started to leak horribly.
Amy brought me to the room inside and start to help me "press" the water out. It was scarily alot!
Amy gotto take alot of gauzes and a bowl and collected the fluid, it was practically squirting all the way out when pressed...
Dr Nara came out (he was having a patient in the op room) and saw, he told us some people doesn't like open incisions because of the leakage but it's actually good to get the fluids out cos they're the 1 cause swelling.

after that walk about a bit with gf to look see and suddenly hers started to leak.. went back to hotel and i tried the method Amy pressed and used it on my both thighs.. my gf inner thighs also leaking badly..
spent like 1hr trying to squeeze out the fluid, in a big mess..
looks very bloody but it's not blood...

for outer thighs today, there's no pain.. just a few strong strokes which I can feel.
i suspect the sedation is not strong enough, i don't even feel drowsy at all!! :o while my gf said after the nurse inject into her hands, she start to see blurry lights.
Then i started singing softly to myself to distract myself and went out of tune when i felt some strong strokes. Hahaha

I can say it's considered no pain for me for outer thighs.
it might be becuase it hit my bone or something when I did tummy so it was so sharp pain i cried.
My gf who did inner thighs today say no feeling also, maybe because got more fats to target at so not so pain loh.

Oh btw, the fats take from me and my gf is almost the same, considering I'm so much bigger size than her. We asked Ning and Dr Nara about it, at different times and individually.
both of them got the same answer for us. I'm very big boned, alot of muscles and skin, like ang mo.

my frd height is 161cm/52kg
I'm 178cm/weight don't wan say lah! hahaha :P
And maybe because my gf did dimples and outer together and I did eyes and tummy together so felt more miserable...

Today after lipo, we went shopping and bought some clothes, food to eat in hotel. until gf started leaking then no choice gotto go back hotel liao.

Dr Nara is a very nice and experienced doctor.
Don't worry, you'll be in good hands. :)

Hi, I think u're very nice & sweet. You really took the effort to write in such graphic detail, humorous too with all the fluid squirting out. I'm very grateful.

I'm suppose to lose some weight first but after reading your post, i'm so tempted to go during the CNY period. Do you think it will be a little "pang tang", you know, chinese new year, with the surgery and blood flow etc. Not very auspicious. Furthermore, there's only about 2 months plus till feb, not very confident that I can lose much weight as i'm so lazy now.

Hey, you're very tall! so good!

Hahaha thanks.
Actually me and gf really enjoying the process. :P
Esp today, to be frank, we can't wait for tomorrow to come!
Of cos there're times, like my gf leaked on the streets just now, got a puddle forming on the ground liao, then she hold her pants and walk so awkwardly back to hotel. we also struggle for like 15-20mins to put on our garments but we still keep laughing at each other. :P

Actually pang tang or not depends on yourself loh.
If to me, i feel it's ok. Because never go hospital also mah.
Yesterday, an uncle walked in and wanted to do eyebags but no slot. Ning had to put him on end of jan already.
I think if you want, you need to book fast.

If you don't mind, what's your current weight and height?
To be frank, I'm overweight by quite alot.
tall also no use, tall and fat become look like a mountain liao. Hahaha
I used to say I'm round, then a guy frd said I'm tall so cannot say round.
in the end, we came to conclusion...
i is rectangle.. wahahaha

I'm 1.58m, used to be 45kg when i'm 18 then slowly the weight crept up sneekily, was 53kg when I did my face lipo, thought that i'll go for body lipo when I lose 3kg till 50kg.

To my horror, I put on 7kg instead over these 2 years as i didn't run daily plus my late night dinners, now i'm 60kg. Sigh. Must at least lose till 55kg before I lipo or else not worth it right? Doc will be just removing the extra fats, will not look nice.

I'm going to him for my first round, you think it's worth to go back to Dr nara for second round of lipo? Some feedback that he didn't remove as much. So maybe we've to try vaser to microlipo the remaining fats? Or he's willing to do it?

According to Amy when i changed my dressing yesterday.
Dr Nara only does 1 time for each area.
means if you do tummy now, even if grow fat again and go back to him 2 years later, he won't do it also.
Amy keepling me i got to control diet, eat less and exercise. :)

I'm considered quite big, my aim is to take out all the bulging/dangling bits apart from being big. :P
Btw, i realised i did thighs and it's all blue black last nite already, he touched my back thigh quite a bit too, can see from the bruises.
Some parts no blue black, but when pressed, got the painful blue black feeling, i believed those parts are being touched on also.

'For my gf who did both inner and outer, the bruises are appearing.
They looks as if Dr Nara touched on front, back, inner, outer.
The whole circumfernce is like all blue black! :o

My case is different cos I only want to get rid of the dangling bits here and there, i know i won't be slim cos i have a very big built which means i naturally have big bones.
dialect hokkien they call me "tua jiat, ang mo zeng"
Oya, when Dr Nara 1st saw me, he looked very shocked
Like never seen such a huge sized asian :P

If you really want a very nice shape, i suggest you lose as much as you can before coming over.
3 months lose 5 kg can be done.
Cut off totally these stuff - soda/fizzy drinks, ice cream, chocolates, bubble tea, cakes
Take less carbs - more vege and white meat (steamed, boiled, grilled), do not eat after 8pm, do not snack. If you're hungry in between meals, eat fruits and veges.
Can indulge sometimes lah

I folllowed the above diet and lost about 8 kgs in 3 months last time.
3 months just nice for you to come to see Dr Nara after losing weight. :)

Wow, good job, can lose 8kg in 3 months!

Oh, I didn't know that he will only do one time per area for each person. Whenever I read this, I thought that it's just one area per day. That means, everyone can only entitled to such a good price per area once only.

Haiz, foolishly, I was still agonising over whether he'll remove enough for my second round. In that case, I really should lose as much as possible.

Thanks for your diet tips. I've loads of fitness magazines like Shape & Oxygen at home. It's not that I don't know about all this methods but haven't do it yet. haha

I'm sure all of you who've started weight loss program will understand, usually the first few times, you're very enthusiastic, plan the meals & exercise regime. Now my mind start to think & will be put off by all the bland food, have to drag myself to run etc.
Urgggh.

Hihi Sasa! Finally you've gone for your lipo!!

Omg you so good that Dr Nara touches the whole of your stomach but he only touches mine on the lower tummy. =(

I know why le, because there was an emergency patient that day. Erm, an AH GUA from malaysia. He/she was only 1/2 done, meaning not very transformed to woman. Lol. I don't know what he/she complaint about that she nags n nags n nags till Ning laugh and say ok la ok la. So my lipo was done together with his/her procedure too, don't know what he/she did.

We're in the same operating room, divided by a curtain. So you can see how busy Dr Nara was. I think that was the reason he got no time to do my upper tummy when he can.

One word to say... SUAY!!!!

Ok, nevertheless I agreed that Dr Nara is a very very nice doctor lor!

And now then I know we cannot lipo the same area by Dr Nara again.. But for my arms he didn't touch on the upper part of the arms near arm pit and back area that's why they can do it for me again if I want.. I will go back and do but maybe on my 3rd trip!

2nd trip will be touching mainly on legs! - Calves, outer thigh, lower front thigh, lower inner thigh and hips area.

my 3rd trip will be touching on waist, upper tummy & arms.

AND I'M DONE!!!!

I think I should lipo abit on butt la, back la so on and so forth then all the fats will deposit on my breast liao. LOLOLOL. Talk cock.

Hi envyme,

Fantastic, u're back. U & sasa should post more, always interesting to read from u gals.

U're not suay lah, may be a blessing in disguise. at least nara allow you to touch up on other parts.

Sasa, can u ask him why he don't do the same area again? Is it not good for the body?

If this is the case, I rather divide it to many sub parts eg he can concentrate on upper tummy one day, lower tummy another day so I can maximise the amount removed. At the same time, I don't have to fear about not enough sedation or anaesthetic to control pain.

Hihi Angelfern~ am also like your posts too! You're always very clear in your thinking and concept.

By the way SASA! I wanna ask you after you bought the scar cream, you apply immediately or waiting till the stitch take out then apply? Because the stitches are covered by the waterproof dressing ma.. I only take out the waterproof dressing until the day I take out my stitches wor.

The scar cream is bought for my eyes.
for lipo, waterproof dressing not to be removed until the day we take out stitches.
i had checked with the boots's pharmacist and also an uncle from those pharmacy along the streets.
Both said the same, cream is only to be apply after the stitch is taken out.
When the wound is closed and dried then can apply.

I'm mentally for the leakage tonight, My gf who did inner thighs till now still leaking while her outer thigh is normal leakage. she changed to waterproof plaster also cannot loh. it just drips down...
My outer already so bad, I can't imagine how the inner is going to leak.
I'm going to plant myself in the bathtub and squeeze.
Let the fluids squirt out like how sotong squirt ink.

to those who had double eyelids done.
is it normal for eye bags area to be red and swollen also?
Mine is now super red and swollen..
it's like blood red underneath the eyes area.
I kept asking Dr Nara and the nurses whether it's normal and they kept saying yes.
I'm really starting to worry the bruising won't be going off in 10 days by the way I look at them.

Yes, it's very normal. relax.
I read from taiwan's thread that someone applied arnica montana cream on the eyes for eyelid surgery. Seems to work, lessen the bruising & swelling.

Sasa, try buying from Boots again since the medicine are cheaper. I burst out laughing about your bathtub attempt. Oh yeah, about the leakage, since it leaks so much, what's the point of putting the waterproof plaster, it may continue to leak on the second day, I think we've to prepare own set of waterproof plasters or can we buy a packet from them? Did you spread plastic sheets on your bed?
