rhinoplasty 8,550 bht
If the alar plasty is added in the same operation extra 2,000 bht
I think he doesnt do tiplasty u can confirm with him through email: putpnu@hotmail.com he is very fast in replying

yeah, i helped my friend ask b4, he doesn't do tipoplasty. But L implant extends the tip anyway, so unless u have bulbous nose, L implant should suffice

i'ne not done cheek implants, but i wld imagine it wld be painful from what i noe of the procedure, but most ops are painful with the exception of rhino. how long implants last is totally due to individual also

Hi all,

Just had my doule eyelids and lipo done at Dr Nara.
Still got a few areas of lipo to go.
came with a gf, i did mine 1st and her turn.
She said I was inside for 3 hrs, but i remembered waiting for abt 1/2 hr inside his consultation room, so it's about 2.5hrs?

Dr Nara told me I won't be in deep sleep but only drowsy.
When the tummy lipo started, I suddenly felt a very sharp pain and cried.
I heard him say he has to stop it, the next thing is i fell asleep.

When I woke up, he was stitching my eyes, he was aware I woken up.
When he wanted to give a stitch, he keep telling me "just a bit of pain"
It was not too bad, bearable pain.

when everything was done, i asked if i need to come back again for the tummy lipo again? Cos he did mentioned that my tummy might need 2 areas but if he can, he'll do it in 1 session.
And esp the part during the op which he said he had to stop it.
Then he told me it's done already, no need another session.
Don't know whether is it they continued the lipo after i fell asleep.

still kinda blur now and eyes hurting..
Will update asap.

the last thing is, Dr Nara is really a nice and patient doctor.
I asked many questions together with my gf, we went in together for the consultation. he was very patient and answered all of our questions.
For my eyes, i asked if he's going to cut the fatty bits away then sew back.
he explained he'll give me a higher cease and make it look nice and natural.

When drawing my body for lipo, he was chatting, asking how many kids I have. Why don't want have more? he though SG goverment encouraging to have more? the current stress SG ppl are having etc etc.
Anyway after talking with him, got to know he got 3 kids, all gals..

Kinda wondering if in future that I can still wear a bikini without erm seeing the scar.

Or do anyone else know and can advise?

I didn't just do tummy, i did the whole stomach so my incisions is so call same level wif belly button.
Guess you'll need check with those who did just their lower tummy.

thanks for the fast reply.
I went boots earlier on and the pharmacist recommended 2 scar cream.
she speaks a bit of english so still can communicate a bit and use some sign language.
I is hiruscar and 1 is les scar..
i remembered it being hir something so i bought the hiruscar, so lucky i got it correct.
I bought a tube of 7g at less than 200baht.
so cheap over here loh...

changed to waterproof dressing for tummy, another session of lipo at 5pm today. doing thighs, will let Dr Nara recommend to do inner or outer 1st.

to answer your questions.
1) He didn't say how much was extracted and he doesn't use a measuring cylinder. I didn't ask also.

2) Only upper and lower tummy, waist and hips not touched on.
from below chestbone down to below belly button 4.5 inches, very near to pubic area already

Actually I'm feeling miserable with my eyes.
they're soooooo swollen and red.
And when i think of the sharp pain i had last night during tummy lipo, I feel like chickening out.
I can say I have a high threshold of pain, i gave birth naturally w/o epidural. Maybe becuase I'm considered big thus the pain.

My gf who is of normal size did her outer thighs last night. She said felt pain also. her bruises came in just a few hours earlier on.
for my tummy, it's only a bit bruised at the lower tummy. The rest of the whole stomach is reddish and feels very sore.

Trying to stay positive. Whenever me and gf complained to each other about something,. We'll ask each other in return "ai swee mai?"

Anyway after all the reading and research, bruising, swelling, pain, looking ugly is all just a passing phrase in PS.

Very good indeed. So he covered the upper & lower tummy in one session, considered one area, i.e 10 000 baht?
Other doctors will consider it as two areas and charge separately.

Now, i'm worried about the pain factor. Obviously, u've high threshold of pain and yet you cried out in pain. Oh dear. You reckon that there's not enough sedation or LA? Does the same thing happen to your thighs today?

1) How many more areas to go? When are you returning?

2) Where did you buy your compression garment? online or local distributor?

You're very lucky to have your gf to provide moral support.
