u have a prominent forehead, so in my opinion, even with a high bridge, it'd still look natural for you :) you can always tell the PS not to extend ur tip too much. i think they are more afraid of ppl who wanna extend the tip a lot. if you dun even wanna extend at all, can opt for an I-shaped implant

I recommend a chin implant, will flatten you cheeks a bit and make your whole face slimmer and sharper.

and finally maybe reduce the upper lip a bit, so upper lip got more definition :)
Hi aadvark..
Thank's for your suggestions :D

What is the different within L-shaped and I-shaped? also what is S-shaped implant?
is I-shaped implant will look bulky / blocky? which one should look more natural in my nose?

i already asked the doctors about this but they seems avoiding my questions and only gve a simple explanations.. i know they're busy man..

i saw some trouble pictures caused by L-shaped implant,
and most of the L-shaped implant noses are a bit too pointy..,
also problem with I-shaped implant which more likely to be shifted..

i heard that implant could be shifted by the time? i won't getting any secondary surgeon to take a revision.it seems a bit risky to use implant in the nose.. =( so i probably stay with my natural bridge..
maybe i will take alarplasty & tip refinement.. also chin implant & lower lip reduction.

should i go with Dr. Preecha or Dr. Somyos??
since Dr. Preecha is much cheaper that Dr. Somyos huhu., >.<

i don't want to be ended up with another rhino revisions,
if silicone implant brings a lot of risk, i won't go with implant..,

Envy those who can just go without losing weight. I've just started jogging today but could not bring myself to abstain from glorious food. heh heh.
fastest way to lose weight is to do sprints (run as hard and fast as u can, then walk, then sprint again) and also skipping rope; jogging will take much longer.

at home, u can do any major lower body exercises to burn more calories, eg Squats, Lunges... I lost a few kg doing these within a few weeks.

Hi aadvark,

No stamina to do intervals, previously daily jog is around 8km now can only cover 4km and jogging very slowly and not regular too. Couldn't wake up at 5.30am to run to avoid the sun. I've skipped 1000 times, breaking up to every 50 skips when i'm home.

It's the thought of starting again that's xian, getting older, not as motivated & high metabolic when i'm younger.

Just a note, Dr nara method of epicanthoplasty will result in scarring unlike the korean ps method. Im still hoping it will heal as time goes by as im post-op 1mth+ atm. Anyone else that did epicanthoplasty with dr Nara can advise?

Hi CNB,

Did you try asking Dr Nara about this condition?

try the squats, 100 squats a day (try maybe breaking into sets till you can complete 100 at one go) for a couple of weeks shld kickstart it :)
tones ur butt, and ur thighs, and u're panting after u're done, so there's mild cardio going on as well. my thighs din meet anymore after 2 weeks of it ;)

I'm planning to lipo 5 areas rather than 4 areas the next time i go to dr nara leh. cos I look at the tigerairways flight, they dun have flights on mon, wed & fri.. so i cannot come back on time and would have to stay 1 more day extra if i were to take the round trip by tiger, so might as well do one more area!

But will it be dangerous for my body ah? Anybody did 5 areas or more with Dr nara in consecutive days? Forgotten! PLease advice!!

Hi aadvark,

I am interested in doing dimples too, but I prefer smaller ones, like those that HK actress Gigi Lai has. Known as 'li wo' in chinese. Any idea whether Dr. Nara has done such dimples? Did you see any pictures when you were there?

Thanks in advance! This is my first post in this forum. :D

Lol, i did dimples with Nara, so no need pix :)
But they are quite faint now, not very noticeable to myself
but after i did le, new ppl i met commented i have nice dimples, so i'm confused also, cos i can barely see them in the mirror! :P

beware tho, it took more than a month b4 the dimples settled. in the meantime, the dimples are there, whether u smile or not will still be visible. i hid mine with plaster for quite a while :P

hey envyme, have you seen arthur's latest pic? He removed 4L in 6.5hrs for the thighs. Wonder how much LA he used and wouldn't it be dangerous and painful to do it for so long.

I thought he said he can only remove 2 L++ depending on the bleeding, do u think he is trying to break record? usually remove so much have to conduct in a operating theatre in Singapore. So if there's any complications, how accessible is it to the medan's hospital?

we wouldn't know whether we'll bleed alot or not. so it all depends what the doc tells u, if he only remove 2 L, he 'll say it's because of excess bleeding.

Went to see right after i saw your post. The result is really very good but the risk is definitely damn high. I wonder, he is only a GP, not a certified PS, how can he afford to take this risk. SG set rules to get 1L be done in a single session has its reason. We going over to Dr Nara, getting 2Ls done per day is already a risk we're taking but the risk is not very high as Nara restrict himself to one bottle of LA per session, therefore, we're safe.

Maybe this arthur's patient is lucky enough and the body can take it. What if *touchwood* somebody else cant? There're death cases with liposuction and serious complications lor.

Arthur is really really contradicting, announced that he can only perform the most 2L, slowly slowly increase, slowly slowly try to go furthur to maybe 3L, next time try 4L then 5L so on n so forth. What the hell. Makes me think that he take our life for experiment.

Actually, I don't know how much I can trust him now no matter how appealing his results shows. I'm just not comfortable with this doctor.
