Hi aadvark..u have a prominent forehead, so in my opinion, even with a high bridge, it'd still look natural for youyou can always tell the PS not to extend ur tip too much. i think they are more afraid of ppl who wanna extend the tip a lot. if you dun even wanna extend at all, can opt for an I-shaped implant
I recommend a chin implant, will flatten you cheeks a bit and make your whole face slimmer and sharper.
and finally maybe reduce the upper lip a bit, so upper lip got more definition
Thank's for your suggestions

What is the different within L-shaped and I-shaped? also what is S-shaped implant?
is I-shaped implant will look bulky / blocky? which one should look more natural in my nose?
i already asked the doctors about this but they seems avoiding my questions and only gve a simple explanations.. i know they're busy man..
i saw some trouble pictures caused by L-shaped implant,
and most of the L-shaped implant noses are a bit too pointy..,
also problem with I-shaped implant which more likely to be shifted..
i heard that implant could be shifted by the time? i won't getting any secondary surgeon to take a revision.it seems a bit risky to use implant in the nose.. =( so i probably stay with my natural bridge..
maybe i will take alarplasty & tip refinement.. also chin implant & lower lip reduction.
should i go with Dr. Preecha or Dr. Somyos??
since Dr. Preecha is much cheaper that Dr. Somyos huhu., >.<
