I understand you did underchin lipo?
How long did the bruises last?
That is 1 area which can't be covered by clothings.
Any loose skin after underchin lipo?

Hi Envyme,

You plan to go Nara for more lipo?
After reading your experience, i'm actually kind of scared.
I'm so big, if 1 area is flat and others remain, i might just look unproportionate.
Any advice to share on this?
Hi Sasa_05,

Yea I am still considering if I wanna go Dr Nara or Dr Arthur. Sigh. Although Dr Nara is going to be 1/2 times cheaper than Dr Arthur but at least Dr Arthur gives you the result you want.. But it's like 4k doing with him exclude all the air tix, accomodation and post op fee!

My concern for Dr Nara is he goes for natural. HOW HOW!!!

Erm yah actualy both dr is the same, you do tummy, maybe it will be divided into upper n lower, this is very impt to discuss with dr nara too. then the rest like waist, flanks, hips all this is consider another area liao. just that dr nara didnt explain well enuff as he is a man of a few words..

Envyme,
I'm afraid he get annoyed or angry with me if i ask too much.
I want to do tummy and thighs. These are confirm.
But if only doing tummy and thighs, I'm afraid my waist, flanks and hips area might not look proportionate (bigger than thighs and bulging out) so I'm going to ask for his advice which other areas to do to make the lower body look ok.
I just gotto pray hard he got good mood that few days

When you intend to go back to Nara?

Hmm.. for this, let me give you my peice of advice. For thigh, it is divided to inner/outer/front/back

I guess if your upper thigh has alot of fats to take out, they might neglect the lower thigh(above knee) that area and become like me, lower thigh bulging out.

So for thigh i guess lower thigh might become another area to do already.

As for Tummy, if you want to get best result, do 2 areas for it, upper and lower. Though Dr Nara did a little bit on my upper tummy, my upper tummy is still bigger than my lower tummy. LOL. I don't know why I still can laugh though.

Any ya, my waist, hips, flanks are not touched on. Those are another areas.

So now, for thigh, inner/outer/front/back/lower front thigh/lower inner thigh = 6 areas.

7 areas if you want to include butt. But I don't think need to purposely get butt done as 1 area if your butt is not VERY BIG because Dr Nara touch abit on the lower butt while doing inner back thigh. Yes, forgotten to mention while doing my inner thigh, he does touch abit on back thigh + lower butt.

Guess he just wants to maximize the amount of fat to extract in one session. =)

For tummy area - upper/lower tummy/waist/flanks/hips = 5 areas.

Totaly about 11 - 12 areas. Are you sure you want to undergo 11-12 days under the knief?

So for this, you have to decide which area to fix first. Maybe for thigh area, do inner thigh if they meets together and outer thigh.

For tummy, do upper/lower/waist or hips depending which is bigger. Total 5 areas 1st.

You have to send your photos of the areas that are concerned to them and let them advice how many days you should book with them first. Don't have to die die confirm which area to do. Just maybe if you think you want to bok 5 areas, den book 5 days with them. When you reach there, consultation with Dr Nara is a must and he will actually take a look at the area you want to lipo and squeeze to see if there's alot of fats. From there he will advice you which area to do is the best. Of course, it's up to you to communicate with him already. I don't think he will get paranoid? Asking lots of questions is ok. But if you give him the feeling that you're doubting his profession then he might felt offended..

=)

lol, i dun think the nose is much of a fashion statement. Rather, the type of implant and procedure should be based on what is best for ur current original nose
Next: Forehead augmentation, botox, RF

Wah! i cannot be doing 11-12 areas at 1 go.
I think that's too much.
Guess when reach Nara then will ask him about it.
But everyone says he's a man of few words.
That's why I'm afraid he gets pissed off cos he'll need answer my so many questions!

I think I'll need to get my flanks lipo if not that part really will be bulging out. About 1 month more to go, very excited yet nervous at the same time.

Envyme, how long did your bruises take to go away totally?
I intend to do underchin but that's 1 part which can't be covered up.
I don't want to return to office with gossipy people talking about it.

Seems like not many people did underchin.
Anyone who had done so, can please advice?
Thanks.

I just did my double eye lid and rhinoplasty with dr. puttisak last sat.
he is very nice and detailed and patient.

thumbs up. better den some doctors i went for consultation in Yanhee hospital last yr.

but right nw, my double eyelid is not very proportionate.
the surgery line on my left eyelid is very nice and natural looking.
but on the right eyelid, it seems thicker than the other side.

so when i open my eyes, my right eye doesnt seems to open as big as my left eye.

did any of you have this similar problem during healing period?
will it be normal after 2weeks?

for rhinoplasty, because my tip is very round, i still cant see any difference due to the massive swelling.

but the part in between my eyebrow and eyes seems to be quite swollen.
it's the start of the silicon.

do u all have this problem too?
i wonder when will i see the sharp tip of my rhinoplasty......
damn looking forward to it!

my friend who went to do it with me said that his rhinoplasty is damn nice! very sharp. but his nose is kinda sharp to start with in the first place unlike mine!!

Yea, I also face the same problem as u. My left eye seems to be healing well compared to my right eye. So i guess its normal :)

the T-Zone between the nose and eye swell for me after the operation. But approx 2 weeks now, looks fine to me now.

Rest well and remember to stay out of the sun, i got dark spots already as sometimes i forgot to put on sunglasses :(
Maybe we can share our pics to compare the expertise of our doctors as our procedure done are pretty similar :)

dr nara or his nurse poor taste, i askd for lip reduction and they tell me that my lip are ok when they aren't, whats worse they suggest me to do chin augment and make my face longer vertically, it like wtf i made it long already using filler and during swelling trust me it isnt nice espechally in photo. Tried to find out more and theres this dr arthur. Trust me hes just a gp thats all. He is not board certified by the american board of medical specialties but rather by independent boards which are not known. He isnt traind in plastic. Its just a diploma in aesthetic med. Note not surgery. Pardon my spelling as i am typing from my mobile. At least dr nara and puttisak are actual certified plastic surgeons!

Did nose implant with Dr Puttisak during June this year. Not satisfied with the result. Wanted to do my eyes too, but he advised me not too.. intending to try Dr Pat from Tokai.

Boii18, You did your procedure with Dr Pat, is he good? Care to share your before and after pictures?

I did Rhino with Dr Puttisak. It's been 3months. The implants seems to slant to the right side of the nose. And the tip is still kinda round. After my surgery my eyes were swollen for about 4 - 5 days.
