its just red or is it also slightly raised? how many days post op are u already? so u need to wait for 10days to remove stitches too? thanks so much!! :D

u can buy concealer and dab dab at the scars and it will not look obvious.. i've seen straight guys (in case you are male) with light makeup and they look very nice.. if u need help with coverage, i can help u. :)

both but will subside. 12 days post op. Fri surgery following Tue can remove stitches. The swell comes and goes, sometimes look okay, sometimes look bad.

U help me makeup?:) I use BB cream to lighten the scar.

if i can remove stitches on monday then maybe i can do the surgery... :p

tuesday go back to work.. and cover with makeup.. or use makeup and go to work with specs.. :p

when i had my eyelid surgery, my stitches were removed on the 10th day and and i went back to work on the 11th day and i put on make up to work. for me i use mineral make up for coverage. BB cream for u is ok too.. u can always put it in ur bag and dab to cover if they do rub off.. :)

i dun think u need me to put on make up for u if u are already using bb creams. :) u can buy a green concealer to dab on the red then use the bb cream over.. green cancels out red.. :)

Epi alone should be able to go back to work the next day after removing the stitches.

Better to send a pix to Dr Nara to confirm that he's willing to do your epi, he may not want to do it if it's too moderate.

Concealer won't help to cover up epi scar as it red and raised, slight pain oso. no matter hw i try it is still obvious. I struggled to conceal it everytime i leave the house. Same for me swelling come and goes.

At least u can still use makeup to cover, mine look so odd.
7000 baht, the price is in his website. The scars is rather obvious for now as it's still red and feels abit hard but getting better everyday.

Nara charged me 3,000 bhts for epi, he didnt say anything while drawing on my eyes, he suggested epi only when i was aredi lying on the operation table.

oh no... so if i dun have the mogolian fold means i cant do epi? cos i think either i dun have tat fold or its very very slight... hmmm... i went to the extent of measuring my eyes and see if they are 1eye's length away and indeed they are. my eyes measure at 3.5cm each.. but i dun think they are big at all...

are u able to use a pearly eyeshadow to cover? shimmery eye shadows can reflect away imperfections/blemishes.. i was thinking if i do epi, when i head back to work, i was gonna use a darker eyeshadow on the entire lid and just highlight (shd be whitish) the tearduct (the scar area) and i think tat shd not be too obvious....

i have an appt with him for lipo alrady in august and will just do consultation.. if he's alright, i'll just do it.. :p

Thanks in advance for answering my queries.

By Dr Nara and of cos there are scars but it will fade away, epicanthoplasty only require if u have epicanthal fold and once removed it will make your eyes look wider and bigger overall.

If u do eyes surgery, I would suggest u stay at least 2 nites.

Hi Kensan, thanks for your reply. Actually i have the same question as pootie.. is like i already have double eyelip just that the width is not long enough so i wonder if im situable for the epican. I have emailed nara, hope he will reply my query soon.

VIVILEN81:
thanks for the info about the sneezing. think it will be a bit unglam but what the heck, i think avoiding the pain would be my priority. haha!
so i think a safe bet would be if i can try and take 2 weeks leave instead of 1 right? cause i doubt i wanna scare my colleagues when i go back work after one week.

oh and im hope u are recovering well now... send me the pics whenever u are ready k? ps: i heard aloe vera gel does wonders! and vitamin E too! can't wait to see how good u look now!

WINTER21:

HI all, i'm at Hatyai with my galfriend. Today is our 3rd day. We left on Tuesday nite by Grassland coach and arrived 14hrs later. Den we went to the clinic at 9+ but it was still closed. We managed to go back and make appt to see nara at 1230pm. Upon seeing Nara, he told us where he thinks we need lipo and let us decide, and also arrange for us to come back at 430pm for the surgery.
I was initially thinking of doing lipo for tummy, love handles, inner and outer thighs. N i wanted rhino, alar n epi. I alr had natural double so i didn't consider double eyelids. He said i dun need to do tummy n love handles but i insist on tummy. He also said alar is not necessary cos my nose shld b small enough. So total i need 3 days.
My frd was considering lipo for tummy, arms, and thighs. Upon consultation, Nara said she will need 2 times for her tummy, which will consider 2 areas. N she will do arm and inner thighs too. So total she needs 4 days.
So we went bk to clinic at 430pm for our 1st surgery. Nara wanted to do me 1st. I went in and he started drawing on my body. Then i lie down on the operating table n they inject anae on 2 spots on my tummy. Then they inject on my vein at my left hand but failed so they tried right hand. Nara's wife started doing lipo on my tummy and Nara work on my rhino. I can feel him inject anae on my inner nose. After he's done on my nose, he went on to do my epi. I've only got about 300ml of fats from my tummy.
My frd went in after me to do her lower tummy, she had 2 litres of fats from her lower.
Yday, we went back to do 2nd part of lipo, again Nara wants to do me 1st. It's his wife doing my inner thighs, and as for my frd, his wife took over after Nara made the incision.

Sorry for the long post, i will update more on details. As for booking of Lee Garden Hotel, you can email res.leeplaza@gmail.com and they will give you 1050baht if you confirm. I think the receptionist are very rude. One of them give me a rolled-eyes face combined with gritted teeth when i asked her for an adapter for my laptop at the lobby. There's no internet in room even if u wana pay for it. U'll hv to come down to the hot lobby, hv to fight for powerpoint too.
