hi , im hoping to go to yanhee to hav a chin implant and nose job.
i sent pics for evaluation...i sent them pics of me n also some pics of the nose i hope to have.... but they reply that my nose is smaller than theirs............... so i re-send n ask again ..
1st evaluation... the staff said that dr greechart suggest i hav a chin implant n a rhinoplasty ( alarplasty n make nose higher)

any1 know how's dr greechart's skill? couldnt find much info about him on nose... juz can find female->male... male-> female ~.~

I think its safe with Dr greechart... i did my eyes with him - though i didnt do the nose i noticed tons of young girls patiently queueing for dr greechart for nose jobs. My friends and hubby will be going to him for eyebag 3rd wk June . i want to do liposuction..can anybody rec a gd Dr for liposuction in Banagkok... want to do with Dr greechart but dont want to wait cos all of my freinds will be going to him....

Yes, I went to the dental clinic without an appointment.
Remember, it's the one with a purple signboard.

For those who has done alarplasty ,I have a few questions :

1) Does alarplasty helps to reduce the size of the "nose wing" and also he nose wings' direction ,I am asking this because I feel that my nose wings are sitting too low (that makes my nose tip sits higher than the outer wings) ,the size of my current nostrils are fine , is alarplasty possible to reverse the nose wings so it sits higher?

2) Is it possible that alarplasty involves taking out excess tissues around the wings (but not necessarily the size of the nostrils)?

Read somewhere that you have to wait for the wounds to close up first...which means a few days after you remove your stitches....

definitely not immediately after surgery....

One month to go, everything is in place now ... transport and hotel booked and also spent about $400 for all the supplements. Guess there is no turning back for me now

what nara did for me was to cut the base of the alar and shift it inner.
the effect is similar if you pinch ur nose slightly. u can see that the tip of the nose will be raised when u pinch it

I am curious of the method of the "cutting" , : -

Did the cut completely seperates the wing from the face before it's sewn back or it's partially cut ( the cuts are on the surface and doesn't seperate the wings away from the face)

Do you know if there's any tissue or skin taken out ? Does it affect the surrounding skin ? (the top of nasal labial area) ?

How obvious is the scar ?

There is no such things as no turning back...if last min you decided not to do, you can still back off...cos there is not "undo" button in cosmetic surgery.

The girl that i was supposed to go with back out one day before the departure date...what to do? wasted money on the lodging and transport lor...Till today, i still think she shd have went shopping with me instead..
