Actually.. the problem is, even if your septum is very deviated, many thai plastic surgeons will still do it, which is why its troubling.
Ya, when the doc said 'below part after the bri blabla', he's just saying that the septum is deviated. I had a deviated septum myself and lived many.. years with trouble breathing until i had the operation done. I didn't do a rhino at the same time though.
But i hope you don't think its just an aesthetic thing of "whether my nose looks crooked", cos putting an implant in when the septum is deviated is not.. that wise, and may lead to problems next time.
