If you have, will the tip become lower after deswelling?

pootie wrote:I checked w dr putt n he said he can do only 2 surgeries in a day cos per surgery takes 1-2hrs. Is there any way I can convinced him to do all 3 cos I needa do my nose, eyes n chin. N I'm seeing dr Nara for inner n outer thigh lipo.i'm leaving this fri n arriving on sat morning n leaving on Monday afternoon. Timeline seems rather tight.

I went for a consultation with one of the cosmetic surgeons locally n he said I need to see an ENT doc who does cosmetic surgery cos my nose deviates to one side. N I can't do rhino I needa do corrective rhino. But seriously noone even noticed my nose was crooked. For my eyes, I needa see an eye surgeon to 'stitch skin to eye muscles' to reduce droppiness' n the regular eyelid job can't do the trick. But he did agree I've a deep crease line n my issue is the excess skin..

Does dr putt do corrective rhino if I really need to??
No.. the crooked nose.. or deviated septum is not some small thing you should just shrug aside. Get a consult with an ENT and see what he says.

From the previous pics i've seen of people with a deviated septum who went for rhino without correcting the deviated septum.. the results didn't look that good - the nose bridge looked slanted. Right now your bridge is probably not so high so its not as obvious. When the implant is placed on top of it, it will definitely become more noticeable.

Do you have trouble breathing? Like your nose is perpetually stuck all the time?

Nope.. Everything's normal.. No trouble breathing or anything.. It never occurred to me tat anything is wrong w my nose til he said, n even then, my nose doesn't look crooked at all.. I'm sure if I've a crooked nose, dr putt can tell n won't do?? Thanks for ur reply.

By the way, the doc said my bridge is straight just tat the below part after the bridge deviates slightly to the side..

Actually.. the problem is, even if your septum is very deviated, many thai plastic surgeons will still do it, which is why its troubling.

Ya, when the doc said 'below part after the bri blabla', he's just saying that the septum is deviated. I had a deviated septum myself and lived many.. years with trouble breathing until i had the operation done. I didn't do a rhino at the same time though.

But i hope you don't think its just an aesthetic thing of "whether my nose looks crooked", cos putting an implant in when the septum is deviated is not.. that wise, and may lead to problems next time.

Yes, I had rhinoplasty...in fact, I just had a revision rhinoplasty on the 14th this month.
The tip will become lower after the swelling goes down...it's so high now partly because it's still swollen.
Hi, Pinkyice,

Yes dear, it's nice and I enjoyed my stay there.

Hi Pinkyice,

Thanks for the information, I was staying Lee Garden after my Thigh liposuction, then the bed not spongy at all. I can feel spring here and there and I can't sleep side way cause of the swollen of my thigh... lol..

So this time if i'm going to do my arms. I will book novetel.
