Neiw, Thanks for looking for the name of the medication.
A couple of years ago when I was visiting KL. I over heard a man asking for a pill to stop this wife from having her monthly whileI was in a drug store. But I wasn't sure if I heard right and have been trying to find the name of this medication.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Nora and I am here to help my close friend. Need your generous advice and infor for her.

I have uploaded my friend's picture here, a while back in our office, one of our colleagues who is a very direct person told her that she has a huge nose, forehead and very super huge jaw and men will find her very unattractive and ugly.

She became very upset and distraught and I have told her not to listen to my other colleague's advise as it is untrue. However, it affected her soo bad and now she believes she is ugly.

She now want to get plastic surgery done to do her nose, forehead and jawline. She has called MTF Surgery in Bangkok and they have advised her to take the facial feminisation surgey which included everything and is cheaper. The cost around $10,000 SGD. Is this price reasonable?

Has anyone been to MTF Plastic Surgery in Bangkok and are they good, reliable and is Doctor Kamol experienced and good?

She will be going alone, is it safe to do so? This is her first time in Bangkok and what are the tips or advice you can give to her and is now a good time to visit Bangkok.

I have included her picture for you all to judge and is there is anyone going to Bangkok who maybe can go together with her that will be great.

She is thinking of going somewhere around March or April. Here is my email address if you want to email so I can pass the info or advice to her.
Email: [email protected]

THANK YOU in advance for all your kind help!![img][/img]

if u're staying at novotel centera u dun have to take a tuk tuk, just walk across to lee gardens walk along the sidewalks, make a left turn at indra hotel and u'll be walking into dr nara's clinic ;)

your colleague sounds like a real BIATCH. actually if your fren dresses daily like this pic, then her problem are not her features, but merely the way she presents herself.

she can easily downplay her prominent features by keeping her hair down. a long fringe can cover the high forehead, long hair will cover parts of her jaw to make her face look slimmer, and a dye and a slight perm will prob make it more modern as well

As of now after 19 days, my swelling on the bridge has gone down but it still does look unnaturally high, with the "bird-like" effect. And the tip of my nose is more swollen and rounded, not sharpish at all. And when i tilt my head to the sides or look upwards to the sky, i can feel the implant weighing down a little.

I overall did not look like i had a good nose job but in fact it looks more huge & round at the tip and higher at the bridge as though it doesnt suit my face.
As my nose is already small to begin with, has a little of bridge before, so i am afraid that its due to the implant from dr nara that is too big and doesnt fit in my nose, so even if the swelling has gone down the implant still remains at that size unfit to my nose (with the bridge too high and tip too round). I know that the final shape will take place from 6 months to a year but i am afraid it might not and be this way due to the unproportion of my nose to implant. Any advice from those who gone through that stage as well? Aadvark or anyone. TIA
Hi dooerskip,
i also have this worry not long ago.. but now coming to 2 month my nose start to take shape. My close fren commented that my nose look like jackie chan when i meet her about 1month aft e nose job. On our next meet up which is yest they commented my nose look smaller n nicer..
so urs should b able to take shd it given more time... so don worry ya..
cheers...
Thanks Miew and aadvark for your replies. Well, this would be a relief to hear as my mom is frequently commenting on how weird and alien-like i look making me feel like i totally regretted it. She obviously is not an advocate of ps and just could not understand why i had to go through all that trouble, pain & risk to end up looking much worse than before. :(

And my photos posted up by my friends online were terrifying! It is even more amplified than I thought it was and it looked like my nose were the biggest among my galfriends. The horror! In the meantime I am staying away from public photos until my nose reaches a decent size as it is much too painful to look at. Yes, PATIENCE is key and it applies to every kind of ps as well.

Thank you to aadvark, boii18 and furly angel for replying to my earlier question.

I just received a reply from Dr Pat, tokai, stating that I wouldn't need tipplasty for the type of nose that i want to achieve, however, he will reduce my nose tip during the operation.

So, he'll be charging me USD$1200 for the implant, alarplasty and a little of 'reducing my nose tip'.

which now i'm wondering, isn't reducing the nose tip is called tipplasty?
or am i, how do i put this bluntly, not educated enough to know the difference of what he meant?
Although, i already did emailed him by asking him what he meant.

OR probably, he could even meant that the silicone will raise the tip, thus making it smaller, without having to scrap off any of the meat from my nosetip to begin with.

Also, if it's going to cost me USD$1200 for mostly the implant and alar, doesn't Dr Puttisak charges alot less and isn't conservative about how high i want my nose to be?

Does anyone know how much Dr Puttisak charges for alar and implant?
And does anyone might have his email address, if so, may i have it?
(I know it's somewhere within these 159 pages, tried looking for it, but i can't find it.)
And i've never seen anyone's nose from Dr Putt, he doesn't have a website, does he?

Oh, the torment of wanting to do a nosejobbababaaaaaa!

Thank you in advance for the replies!!!
:)

addvark, I have to agree with u. I did not see any much difference in my tip, it might be because i dont have a button nose to begin with. My nose does looks smaller, but i find that my alar looks kinda unbalance. From a bottom's view I can even see obvious marks that it wasnt proportionate(I dont really know how to describe but I can really see something is not right). I dont have such problems b4 ps. I hope it will continue to heal although it has been 3 months already. If by the 6th month it still look this way i might be asking Dr pat to do a revision for me.

looking at dr nara's map on his website, Novotel is just opp the road from Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel which is less than 5min walk from dr nara, so it's walking dist to dr nara
