Plastic surgery in Thailand (Bangkok / Hatyai)

this yr, one of my aunts commented i look like one of the 4 heavenly kings. LOL, def an exaggeration, but i was flattered anyway

Hi all, im really a noob so im gonna ask a few noob questions. pls bear with me.

im going with a few frens to see dr nara and dr puttisak. i'll be doing thighs lipo with dr na and doing a nose job (for a higher bridge) with dr puttisak. these have always been what i wanna do and the no.1 thing my fren and i are most fearful of is not complications but if the surgical equipments are clean... cos i dun wanna come back with AIDS.. :p


my lipo and nose job is fixed on 28/2/09. unfortuately i'm going club med on 28th mar which happens to be exactly 1month after my surgeries. will the scars be obvious and if there will be obvious swelling for my thighs? how long does it take for my nose to look normal?

also, is it possible for any water activities? can i suntan?

i think we shld dispel the myth that a particular surgeon prefers to do high bridge etc. it boils down to the individual face, the features it has to begin with. some ppl cannot take a high bridge unless they do something to their forehead as well, else they will end up looking very fake. i'm sure we have seen ppl on the streets with very fake noses and no one wants to end up like that.

a good surgeon shld be customising the implants etc to suit ur face. i'm sure if u can take a higher bridge, nara or puttisak or any good doc for that matter, wld be willing to give it to you. if u r not suited to have a high bridge, then a good doc shld not be willing to give it to u

to answer ur other qtns, one month shld be enuff for most obvious swelling to go away, but there will still be slight swelling of cos (puffy-looking).

prob shld not do water activities yet if can avoid, and dun do too much suntanning, bad for the scars

u mean the scars on the nose/eyes? or lipo scars? eh.. when i do thighs lipo, where will the incision be at? i'll be doing inner and outer.. TIA

A few friends had said i looked like i lost weight when in actual fact i did put on abit during the two weeks of sabbatical haha (ie not exercising, because i do alot of cardio exercises). So i guess there is sublimal improvement. still considering if i should lengthen my nose. You have recent pics to share?

I always imagine if its a real shop.. how would an ordinary day at the store look?? People walking around...with swollen faces and bodies and bandages everywhere... hahahaha..

I am looking at their compression garment ... they have two types .. stage 1 for the first two weeks, and the other stage 2 for thereafter to the 8th(?)weeks.


Anyone has bought their compression garment from this website? is it really necessary to buy both .. or is it just a waste of $$$ ?

I am amazed with your result. I'm so excited, I'm going there in 2 weeks time and I have been counting down.
I'm still searching for the compression garment, I saw someone posted the link and I did call and ask about the price, they are so expensive, it cost around S$230 which is about USD350.
Do you pay so much for the compression garment?
I have friend recommend those Japanese compression garment, it's also for healing and shaping purpose, I wonder whether those work, and it's cheaper.

for lipo the swelling will be gone in about 1-2week time depend on individual.. however the will be some colour different in e lipo area but it is not obvious as it is very light.. as for nose i guess aadvark had ans it..

hmm i was out for suntanning last week during cny day 3 and i'm still fine (approx less den a month aft my lipo & nose job) hope it helps

and also the scar for lipo wil b about 1cm .. inner thigh wil not b obvious cos is inner.. but outter will b about middle of ur thigh.. try not to wear skirt until e bruises is gone..

i bought mine from ter.. i only bought the stage 1.. and after my stitches is remove i wear it only at home..

if you 1 2 wear a garment during e day time and when u are outside then you can buy e stage 2 garment.
