but will rhino make your face look broader, as when the nose its pulled upwards the cheeks will be more obvious?
Thanks again!
actually it's the opposite of what you said. A bigger nose makes the cheeks less prominent
yes thats what i mean. Now my nose is broader and wider but after rhino it will look higher and narrower which will make my cheeks more prominent? no?
not that much, cos u extended ur chin already, so it shld offset

hello all,
so I am going to BKK for Dr PAt for nose.
i already had some work done two years ago and want the Dr ( in Malaysia) to revise it, he has seen the pictures. I have a pixie ear going on and he said he would take care of it, but what I am more concerned with is on the right hand siade of the face, where the cheek meets the ear, ther'es a big plat of muscle, like a fold as if it got bunched up. It never felt flat and smooth the way the left hand side did, and now it's definitely got that pleat thing in front of the right ear ( the left ear if you are looking from front). It has alwasy felt stiff and as if the cheek muscle wasn;t actually in the place where the cheek muscle should be, more lie it was pulled back too far and attached to the side of the ear. I ahve put two pics upp on flickr. The dr says he can;'t exactly see what I mean, but it is very clear to me. In person he may see it better. Can you look and give any comment, if you notice it.
Basically, the rightear ( my right) has a fold of flesh in front of it that even when you redo the pixie ear, will be there, unless you took care of it whilst doing the ear. It is definitely lumpy whereas the left ear /cheek area is not ( apart from the pixie ear).
thank you for any reply and I've been helped a huge amount by thsi forum so far. This is the right ear the one with the fold.

Received a reply from Dr Somyos after sending my pictures. Could someone please explain each point he makes because I still dont understand the nose lingo lol. He suggested-
1.From your front view picture ,if seem that you have a small dorsal hump, this need to be smoothen out or placing the cartilage fraft or injection with filler if your agree.
2.Your tip plasty is best required septal cartilante grafting and modification of the tip cartilant and soft tissue.
3.Alarplasty is simply direct to the point.
I dont get what he means by 'alarplasty is simply direct to the point'? Can someone enlighten me or am I being stupid?
Thanks!

hello everyone,
we are finally back from our trip to hat yai. i had a facelift + eyelid surgery. and my daughter had lipo, 4 spots. tummy/stomach + hips/back + inner legs + outer legs. The results are spectaculair. Because I had a bad pickpocket experience in Bangkok on the Pratunam Market I lost most of my surgery budget of 900 euro. So I cancelled my appointment for breastlift and breast augmentation. Here are the results after 2 weeks!
The 1st picture is 2 days before surgery.

thank you. this was all done with dr. Nara. total 5.5 litres of fat from the lipo of my daughter. it was really swollen but it is reduced a lot. she lost already more then 5 kilo's. she will post the before and after. also the stitches healed very well, you can hardly see them. the aftercare was really wonderfull.
