I love my new nose, and would like to share with you'll...

I suggest before the surgery, go consult both doctor (DR NARA & DR PUTTISAK)... (And you will understand what I mean)
Consultation is FOC in Hatyai... so don't worry about the additional cost.

I planned to do my nose with DR NARA (but I listen to Daybreakk and I am glad that I did), After the consultation I went back to DR PUTTISAK for Surgery. I felt more confident with DR PUTTISAK, he really make the effort to explain to you the whole procedures, details, and he seem to be a very careful and gentle person.

He even show me his patient before and after photo. After that I went to consult DR NARA, he like very yaya... Ask him question, he give me that one kind attitude... like take it or leave it... I'm a busy man... Ask him if he have any patient photo to show, he said everyone have different nose and it's not the same. I do not want to be the same with others, what I want to know is the after result... It's the after result that matter... I also don't want to have the same nose as others.

And the best part, he said his implant is one of the kind in the whole world... No one use that brand, it's from USA. But guess what, when we are at DR PUTTISAK's clinic, that's the same implant he is using... same brand, same color, same from USA.

DR PUTTISAK S Implant give a more natural look, I had my old implant done in SIngapore and it's a L Implant... It's almost the same as L Implant, but it's more curvier that it's look more natural...

Now I got my height and my tip right... I love it, and this is the cheapest and best PS I have done...

I'm so happy... thanks to Daybreakk and all those whom have contributed here.

Dr Nara does GA?

Post by stickyjack » Sun, 11 Jan 2009 3:33 pm

Does Nara do GA? And what is the clinic like I'd like to stay one night in, just to sure. I would be solo, don't speah Thai. Not decided between Tokai or Dr Nara to get reduction rhino.

Any answers gratefully received, I don't just want to be shoved off the table as soon as I'm done. Don't know how he treats people from abroad, better or same?
I like his axiom on the webpage- to look natural.

Re: Lipo at Dr Nara

Would appreciate those who have done lipo at dr nara for some reviews and ans some of my enquires before i visit him in thai.

1 ) Is dr nara doing vaser liposelection? or traditional liposuction?

2) If its liposuction whats the healing time like? Can i return to work or return to normal activites by 5 days?

3) Is he professional? like how is his clinic ? is the procedure safe?

I am thinking of doing liposelection in singapore but due to the extract limit and the cost is around 5000 . Thinking of getting other options if able to . Thanks alot if any one can help
Hi i did both inner and outer thighs at Dr Nara last year.
He is not doing vaser lipo, it is tumescent lipo. It is not exactly traditional, but definitely not as high tech as Vaser. Vaser involves sculpting, but Tumenscent is merely removing fats. The down time depends on how much fats were removed. The more fats, the longer the recovery time.

I did both inner and outer thighs on 2 separate trips. For both occasions, it took me about 5days to walk normally. By 1 - 2 weeks, i became rather mobile, it only felt like overexcising, a little soreness. But the bruises will be around for about two weeks, have to cover up.

The clinic may be smalland looks a little rundown but Dr nara's work is professional and definitely safe. For his price, i think it's very worth it. But his surgeries mostly do not come with post op care. For lipo, post op care is very important to achieve good results. U need to get compression garment which Dr Nara doesnt provide. And if possible, go for post op massage, RF treatments or ultrasound treatment. All these will help to tone up the shape if not u might end up with lumpy parts and also excess skin. You have to be on your own to take care of the wounds and scars after the op.

I recently did Vaser on arms locally, stil trying to recover. Although i like the results from Dr Nara, his method is afterall tumescent, it cannot acheive the sculpting effect. Actually the extract limit is merely a guideline. I had seen other patients who extracted 3 - 4 litres.

Good luck!!

Re: Fat transfer to breast

lotion wrote:Hi all, i went for Fat transfer to breast on Dec 08 at SP Clinic. costs me 1500 USD. I was super flat like 32AA ( i dun even fill up 32A bra) and i sort of like wear "kids" bra which is quite depressing...

anyway, service is great. transfer from hotel to clinic provided. However, doc can only increase me to 1 cup. he said my breast is too flat so increasing it too much like to B cup is not suitable as the breast might not be able to support the fats (dunno how true).

after op it became 34A (due to swelling) but its 32A now (i guess the fats got reabsorbed a little and the swelling reduced).

i was unconscious during the op.
one stitch on bra line, buttock and thighs on each side. total one stich on 6 areas.

can walk as normal after that, but abit slow due to the swelling the thighs.the thighs will become blue black due the lipo of fats i guess.

im still not satisfied. 32A only...dunno shud go for silicon or go for next fat transfer.
where is SP clinic?
Fat transfer is USD$1500 on top of the price of lipo?
isnt it more expense than SG?

Hi All,

I finally have my lipo and nose done wif doc nara over the last x'mas.. Initially i went hatyai wif the idea of getting my nose done by Dr Putt and lipo by nara... but in the end after consultation and due to time constraint i ended up doing both wif nara.

On the 25th

2pm:
i visited Dr Nara, his patients is soOo many and his clinic was packed wif patient. I consult him in the afternoon and have my appointment book for 2 days as i'm doing 2 area on the thighs.

5pm:
i when to Dr Putt he suppose to meet up wif me at 5pm but i waited for about an hour.. Maybe because it is raining heavily out there.. He finally came about 6.05pm :x . He give me a brief description of the procedure and how can he enhance my nose to make it look difference. He say that a minimum bridge can change my nose completely as i'm previously w/o nose bridge. I can say that Dr Putt is a humble and detail Dr. In the end I make an appt wif him again on the 27th 5pm.

7pm:
I started off wif outer thighs followed by inner thighs. I wake up about 20min b4 the whole session end. Meaning to say I'm conscious when Nara is stitching me up. This might not happen to everyone i guess. After the lipo rest for about an hour in the consultation room before leaving the clinic.

on the 27th:
I did the outer thigh wif nara. supposingly the surgery start at 2pm but his nurse keep changing the timing again n again.. So in the end i ended up in the clinic for solid 4hr to get my lipo done.. on the other hand i had an appointment wif Dr Putt to do my nose.. So i ask Dr Nara wife when can what time can i finish the whole process as i have another appt. After Dr Nara knew that i have an appt wif Dr Putt he told me that if time is running out he can also help me wif my nose. He assure me his skill and experience and tell me the diff between Dr Putt and him. Due to time constraint, i decide to Nara a try since everyone is complimenting his work.. So i ended up in the clinic from 2.30pm to 10pm  ..

Overall experience of lipo is fine.. i can still go around shopping but movement are kinda restricted as u cant move too vigorously with the stitches on.. one thing to keep in mind, do not wear light colour clothe after lipo cause you might not know when the fluid will over flow from ur lipo area.. I wear a white skirt and in the end it look like i have Mxxxxx, but that probably cos i walk too much after the lipo.. even when i went back to the hotel it flow all over the floor and it look like a murder scene.. OMG  ... The bruise on the leg look much like been bang all over...

After 1-2 week the bruise will be more or less gone and it will not look as terrible as b4.. but the soreness can still be felt... As for the result i cant give a very definite answer yet as research say that it take 3month for the whole result to take place.. Afterall i do like my little nose bridge ya..

boii18 wrote:Just update everyone. 2nd day now. and i take off the cast at dr's clinic to see. and also at dr's clinic they help me clean the wounds.

i arrived at tokai clinic at 12 noon. promptly, saw dr pat.

he then remove my nose.. i was so nervous.. he took the cast out gently and then voila can tell that he was quite satisifed with my nose.. he ask.. have you seen your nose.. i say no... then he take mirror for me to see... and its very nice!! very sharp n defined compared to the past and it match my face many many times nicer. the bridge also higher quite obvious from side view. front view big difference too cos tip is elevated.

i then look at full-length mirror, also very nice, very sharp and much better than before..

doc says i have little swelling. but he agree with me 80 percent of the swelling will be gone in 6 weeks. as i have done tipplasty, my tip is slightly bulbous now ( swollen ) but still overall my nose is much nicer than before. totally unexpected. i expected some scary shit to be staring straight back at me. what i see is a very "smart" nose as dr pat describe to me *laughs*

ahh.. luckily i have a beautiful beautiful nose finally... then dr. brief me about the post-op care and i asked some questions.. he say 10 days or more , then remove cast is the best. everyday have to remove cast to clean wound 2 times daily however. he say that stich can be removed at 10 days or more, the longer the stitch n cast are on, the better.

i thank the doc and am very pleased.. he also very pleased haha.. very good.. he told me will give me one more antibiotic shot just in case, ask me when i going back singapore, and he prepare a letter for the singapore doc to let them know i did rhinoplasty.

i am so happy!

oh, then i was left to the nurses who showed me personally how to clean the wounds. the nurse very friendly, and i kinda could feel they genuinely care and concerned about me. i told the nurse i was very very happy and i also chatted about other stuff.. she say alot of singaporean go tokai clinic ! wakakaka. anyway, i say no pain. very good very good nose, and say that the nurses and Dr very good. then she say... i no pain, but she pain.. ( i guess cos she operated too, and the blood etc is quite scary sight ).. i was then given antibiotic shot by the nurse ( doctor has gone for lunch )

anyway i will definitely drop by the clinic again in e future, if not for plastic surgery is just to say hi to the nurse and doctors. haha.

the left me a very very nice nose, very thankful.

i was offered to write a testimonial and i wrote 2 full pages. haha.

i am very happy with my new nose. the 2 friends ( not doing P.s) who come with me also say sharper now and nicer.

i will show after pictures once i have arrived back in singapore. however, do note that front view is usually not obvious, esp with the post-op swelling in my case. however, i can tell in real life, its VERY distinct. i was VERY shocked. i expected some mediocre result , you know, slight improvement. what i saw was.... in my eyes, perfect.
I can't PM yet but am really keen to make my nose sharper and bridge higher..can u tell me how much u pay for it as I am keen to do it with Dr Pat too? if u dont mind, can share with me yr photo? Thanks in advance.
I cant really remember how boii18 nose look previously, when i redo with puttisak, my nose also gave me a very big shocked cause its what i wanted. I think thats the differences between I and L implant.
