I don't have his direct email address... can't remember where I dumped his card...

but pls visit the hospital website.... and just email your inquiries to the general email... they will direct them to him.. they are quite efficient.

or search through their doctors directory .. they have his picture there.. and the time slots where he will be available for consultation

or since you are going to hop over to BKK soon.. just make an appointment with him... ...t will give you a better idea of what he can do for you.. nothing to lose... :)

I am not sure about eyes ..... so far I heard he did great for lipo, tummy tuck and breast augmentation....

I hope this helps.....

i guess any plans to head to BKK have to be shelved. The situation in BKK has deteriorated very badly, protesters haves taken over both airports and all flights have been cancelled, doubt this will pass over soon

Hi aadvark,

Bangkok hospital's website is up. As I have said, I have emailed a few doctors from bangkok hospital:
Jaturong
Sorawut
Pichit
Worawat
Chalermpong

I have also emailed 2 doctors from yanhee:
Sukit
Somsak

Does anyone know if they are of any good? Or any experiences to share?

Thanks.

I've heard good things about Sorawut, Pichit, Sukit (He's quite famous here), and Somsak. The rest, never heard before, but doesn't mean they're not good.

What procedures are you planning?

Hi cersepn. Thanks for sharing. I am planning a rhinoplasty in feb. But so far, it has only been the admin staff who are replying to my emails. Is it common practice that I do not speak to the doctor till I arrive in BKK?

Not exactly. If you're not comfortable just speaking to the admin staff, and i don't see why anyone would be, call them up and ask to speak to the doctor directly. It is not inconvenient at all, if you think about the potential misinformation those staff is feeding you without you knowing, or the doctor not doing things the way you want, only to have you find out when you are already there. Then you're like obliged to undergo surgery even if you wanna back out, since you flew all the way there.

Hi all,

I have heard of dr nara from my friend's friends who did it ps with him b4 and i went to find out more about him and found chanced upon this forum. i spent 4 days to complete reading the topic (in my office) and i am glad that people are willing to share their experiences be it good or bad. :) aadvark: thanks for sharing and helping out with us newbies, i am sure that the bkk unrest will ease itself out as early as next month or mid and the flights will resume very soon. btw i have added you on my msn. :)

I am also planning to get some nip/tuck done with him as well. But i just am concerned about the downtime so i can get back to work on time for i just joined the co and am not able to take as many days off as i would like to.

Say if i wanna do ba how many days should i be able to recover b4 i can go back to work as per usual. never heard much reviews about ba as much as rhino or alar, i wonder if it looks natural as it is the look i hope to achieve like can i get the smaller implants as i am not looking for something proportional as i am more on the petite side.

hi guys, i've just came back from haytai. i did rhino with dr nara. i wanted to do alar but he said my nostrils wasn't that big. kind of regret now. but i'm happy with the bridge. it's been only a week and everyone says it's very natural. bt i'm not sure whether natural is a good thing, cos it's = to no difference. bt i'm quite satisfied that i got a bridge with that amount i paid for. might b going to korea for tip work and mayb alar, cos i'm not sure whether i need tip or alar to make the bottom of the nose sharp and small. haha.
