as for your question on buccal fat pad removal or cheek lipo, it really depends which is the problem area. it the fats is due to excess subcutaneous fat, then lipo shld work. if due to a thick buccal fat pad, then buccal fat pad removal.

like cerspn said, if you're thin overall but still have chubby cheeks then more likely to be buccal fat pad. e.g. like chen yi yun, the ex mediacorp actress.

*takes a second look* omg, that doesn't look like angelababy? as in, i did not open the pics for a clearer pic and i didn't knw it's her. all the pics i see of her shows off her slim face, but i dont knw why the pics u posted she has chubby cheeks. look at this link and see the difference.

maybe is the angle she take her pic? or maybe she went for cheek implant is it possible to achieve these chubby looks with hi cheek bone or implant??

dun think it's a matter of being better, more like whose style u prefer, gather some pix of jobs from both docs to get a better feel of which u prefer
