thx! i've emailed dr pat, he says he uses a s shape implant, what is the difference from L shape one?

And i know dr nara does super natural noses. how about dr patt? will he raise the bridge as high as you want? or will he have imitations?
he probably meant you have a S-shaped crooked nosE? theres only I and L shaped. hedid on me I shape

nope, he means he was going to use a s shape implant when i asked him the type he's using. and the rhinoplasty he's using is augmented rhinoplasty. he says can mould the shape of implant before the operation.

i've never heard of S-shape before, you should ask him for some previous works with an s-implant.

rhinoplasty is a form of augmentation; augmented rhinoplasty is a redundancy. all the surgeons have to mold the implant before insertion.

do read up and do other forms of research on ur own, that will give you a better idea of the different procedures and methods out there

No it isn't. Firstly, if your body is not slim.. you cant expect the face to be slim. The only exception is if your body is very skinny but face still carrying alot of fat. Even then it's not safe to do too much face lipo and most doctors won't do so much face lipo until the face is as slim as angelababy.. of course depending on how much fat you're carrying now also. But if you aren't carrying that much facial fat to begin with, dr also wont do face lipo.

The much more important thing is the face structure, both the jaws and cheekbones. angelababy's sides of the jaws have very little flare to it.. hard to put in words. It's like when you view the face from the front, the bottom part of the face is a V shape, instead of a U shape.

Koreans do this procedure very often to reduce the flare of the jaws. It's called mandibular angle resection. Can see more info here. http://drpark.co.kr/eng/med03.htm For more drastic effects, jaw botox, where the jaw muscles are shrunk is used.
The cheekbones, commonly referred to as zygoma also play an important role in how big the face looks.

If you do some reading up on buccal fat removal, it's not really recommended and the results are not drastic. Most people with big faces would benefit more from cheekbone reduction/jawline contouring than buccal fat removal.

tomoya: to start with, i think you look good. not sure which part you've done ps on but you sure do look good. in my opinion, your jaws are not too big, in fact, i think its defined, quite nice. but if you're looking at fann/angelababy, you realise their face are very ''oval'' and quite long? your face is more of a ''heart-shape'' i feel. i think maybe you can augment your chin to elongate your face? since you have a strong nose also, high nose bridge..maybe a longer, sharper chin will complement your nose? thts what i feel, i don't think there's a need to do your cheeks..but if you're a perfectionist, maybe you can remove a little fats on the cheek(though its not very chubby). :)

I done with puttisak.. its indeed S shaped, he show us the implants he has.. S is pretty same as L except for the bridge its curve abit for a natural look. i think its to make your bridge not higher then your forehead.
