Aadvark, I've just got to know. What does your nick mean? Looks like a anteater but that's spelled Aardvark and not Aadvark. Just curious that's all.....

I'll be doing chin surgery on November 15th saturday, Flying from November 14th night leaving SIN for BKK. Then on Nov 18 Tuesday back to Singapore. I will be doing at tokai instead because you can do computer imaging and i think the Dr listens to your concerns and needs compared to nara where you have sort of no choice and trust his judgement. So yupp. Paying the extra 200 or so, and its easier to get to BKK, more familiar for me. Also can follow up with some freebies I hope from Dr =x maybe like microdermabrasion or something. haha.

have you guys problems with booking lee garden plaza. i emailed them 2 weeks ago and now i got a email from them that they are completely booked from 27th till 31st of January. is there a special holiday? they also told me that for the remaining part the prices are not the same as for november/december 2008. Does anybody know a good alternative? Affordable? I like to have a pool but, after surgery I won't be able to swim because I will have a breast augmentation/lift and facelift/eyes.
I will stay there between January 12th till 31st. Maybe the last week Songhkla beach? Any suggestions?

Hi!
I'm new to everything here. It's just that I've been wanting to go for otoplasty for my ears so I chanced upon this forum while doing some research first. They quoted me a price of 6,000 baht for otoplasty at Dr Nara's, but I want to know, what does it cover? Like, I read somewhere there are stitches left and has to be followed up in sg? if so, how much will that cost in sg? Also, my mum told me that in Thailand, half of the population is HIV postive! How do i know if I'm free from this virus and procedure is 100% safe?:/ I really hope to get some help here from all those who been/is going/or has any clue with regards to this whole thing?
Thank you very much in advance!:D

My doctor from Yanhee will be is Dr. Suthat KOONNAWAROTE, i didn't know who to pick and told them to assign one who speacialist in BA and rhinoplasty, and i went along with their suggestion anyway.
if your going next month, why don't you get Sineech from Rachel (her number is 9637 1571)? She told me that she will only get the stocks in about 3 weeks time, so i have to resort to other alternatives. Although I ot the presription from the doc, i called and went to several hospitals and pharmacies but has yet to get hold of it (they don't carry it). Will try Mount Elizabeth tomorrow since they have alot of speacialists there, if not I'll prolly ring rachel tomorrow and check with her which hospital or clinic actually carries it.
I got Rachel's contact through this forum too(from Aadvark's post), and they did mention its $54 for a box if u get it from her.

Hi,
feline.eyes!
Why do you say that? As in, yeah I didnt agree with my mum but she said "definitely not safe" then I started having second thoughts. But what makes you so sure?
Do you think you can tell me more about it? Or others who know more can you please fill me in on it? Much appreciated!
I'd like to travel to Bangkok at end of Jan'09. Who do I go to book, how to get there, where to stay and what are the accomodation costs? Minimum stay after a surgery would be?
So many questions here, hope someone can help!!
