ktan, i had almost no bridge at all before the nose implant. the swelling is going away, so it doesnt look that bad, at least got a natural height.

maverick21, if i put this implant longer does that mean in the future when i wanna go for my tiplasty or revision rhino i gotta pay more or what?
i don't think i wanna remove yet.
to a beautiful me~

Thanks suuz for the help!

yeah, trying to find out as much as i can :???:

Btw, read somewhere that RF is a good treatment for after lipo to help speed up the healing process (or RF given as part of package)

Anyone knows or done this? Hows the effect like?

Thanks!

Meili_Wudi, I think Dr Nara did a good job. Your bridge is with a natural height... btw, your tip will de-swell further. so you might want to consider doing your tiplasty after 3 months. Cos now is still too early to tell, need at least 4 to 6 weeks to de-swell and to see the shape of your nose.

Did you have any bruises? Cos from the photo, you look normal... just a bit swelling...

meili wudi, i think when you say bri too low, what you really mean is that the tip is not sharp and defined. there's quite alot of height alr man. not hating on BKK, but i think korea does better tipoplasty. Haven't seen much, if any, results of thai's tipoplasty.. considering how few of their doctors actually do tip work lol

ktan, i uploaded here for convenient's sake. u gotta think carefully and also consider ur own features and all. Although i would like a high bridge, my rather close-set eyes would make me look like a fox. so i told dr nara i want a natural bridge, but now 3 days post op with it swollen i think it will go down to an unsatisfactory height. my bf also commented it don't look like its done. and it also doesnt help that i have a bulbous tip. which i will go for tiplasty next yr in bkk.

hi maverick21, thanks for ur response. so envious u got a high bridge, i got zero until i cant even wear specs thankfully i got perfect eyesight lol. i think i will wait till it takes it final shape cuz now its too swollen to tell. but i figure i will change my implant in the future. that is still possible rite? say months later?
ur current pic the bridge looks excessively high, so it'd be a good thing for it to go down. as to how much it'd go down, it totally depends on individual. there's no way to tell how much is due to the implant and how much is due to swelling now, so dun use other ppl's b4 and after measurements to gauge urs for now.

nara's L implant will usually extend the tip so it doesn't look so bulbous, but ur tip will still be swollen now, so also cannot tell. the tip will take slightly longer to deswell, so u have to be patient.... do give urself 3 mths b4 doing anything rash...

here are the b4 after pix of me and my fren to give u a better idea. fren had low bridge and slightly large tip also

Hi all, I just did BA with Dr Pat at Tokai Clinic. Very very satisfied with the results cos I finally have something called boobs! Dr Pat and his nurses are very nice people. I must say this is a really BIG decision to be made and it was kinda scary. I was fortunate cos everyone there was helpful!

It was very tight and stiff for the 1st few days due to the stretching of skin. Pain is bearable thanks to pain control.

I spent a total of USD$2400 for the procedure. When questioned about the price difference of other surgeons, he told me some surgeons REUSE used implants (not sure how true). He gave me a compression garment but I preferred to use my own, which is more comfortable (brand: design veronique).

*Don't buy design veronique compression garment locally unless it's urgent. But it in the USA and ship via vpost. A LOT cheaper.

Lying on the operating table is a damn scary thing though everyone there triend to calm me down. But everything became history and the last thing I remembered was hearing the anesthesiologist voice. Next thing I know, I woke up in a ward with my bf, Dr Pat and his nurses.

I know I will not look back and regret. It's been day 4 post-op and I'm recovering very well. Will update in a private blog regularly. For girls who are interested in Dr Pat's work of art, PM me :D

I would love to stay there for a longer period of time for recovery but my job doesn't allow that. Staying for 1 week at least is good, cos Dr Pat will teach you how to massage your implants on Day 5. And for the fact that you can't wash your own hair and wet you incision sites, going to the hair salons there everyday is much cheaper than in Singapore.

P.S It is really impt that you have someone YOU KNOW to be by ur side 24/7 (even though the staff there are really nice).
