Back on topic, I'm back from my cheekbone reduction surgery anyways with Dr. Charan. He is definitely one of the top guys having been the Thai PS associations president, with a huge list of other accolades so you may have to pay a higher premium compared to other thai docs. I think there is a "thai price" and foreigner price - and its probably only possible to be charged the same as thais if you have a thai friend bringing you along. His clinic was very popular for sure and many of his patients looked very "well heeled". All the mercs, BMWs, lexus etc stopping outside to drop people off.
Results wise, its a little over a week. And I still have alot of swelling, but mostly on one side. Its odd but the difference is subtle. My face looks the same mostly but is somewhat smaller?
Here is a b4 after.

On a side note, you can notice a "chalazion" or eye stye on my eyelid which the doctor removed for free since I was under GA anyways.
I'm still really puffy, you can't really tell since it is under the eyes.... and the swelling is mostly on the other side of the face. My Bf's dad thought that I gained weight at first (cos of the puffy cheeks) when I returned so its definitely not in the mind.
Maybe its because I tend to sleep on my side, despite being not told to.
I ate Sineech which probably helped in the zero bruising at all but there was a blood spot on my eye which went away in 1-2 days.
I also broke some rules - like I couldn't resist the temptation and smoked quite alot (and even had some glasses of wine) out of boredom in the hotel room.
Food wise, I bought alot of blueberries, strawberries and kiwi fruits though from the emporium gourmet supermarket (antioxidants since I smoked) and mostly munched on that, along with a liquid diet of instant soups and juices for most days. I think I lost maybe 2-3kg and feel really detoxed haha. So really skin and bones now
You get this feeling of hunger, but due to mouth inmobility, I didn't have the mood to eat at all.
I also made sure to really make myself super comfortable and went for many many foot massages.

He's from Bumungrad and his place is called (Charan Clinic). I think he's one of the head honchos there.
But he has an extremely well equipped clinic, traditional decoration with an OT, guest rooms (I was quite amazed at the guest room where I stayed for one day) etc. Therefore, I had the procedure was done in the clinic because it was so much more ex at the hospital and I decided I didn't need the luxuries. I think its better though to find a doc who's clinic is near a major hospital, like Bumungrad for e.g. in case if anything goes wrong.
