Hi tomoya,
Have you went for a consultation with Dr. Nara before the lipo or you just book the operation with him directly?
Would he do the lipo for you without consultation? :?

Have book an apointment with him in october, but if him can do the lipo together will save time for another tip. I have not much of leaves left .

Thanks for the advise.
if you want to do lipo as well, just call and tell the nurse to slot it in, else he might not allocate any time for you if he's packed
hi aadvark,

thanks for the advise, have called the nurse and have book the lipo on the next day after the consulatation.

Just wondered had he ever turn down to lipo anbody b4. i am actually doing a touch up as the last vaser lipo i did in Singapore is quite bad. heard some docs don't like to do touch ups.

Hi everyone, finally I'm in Bkk now, going for my consultation tomorrow morning with Dr Preecha. Planning to do nose and chin with buccal fat pad removal... Hope it wont be too traumatic haha.... If everything goes well will do with him on the same day, if not, will go Yoskarn in the afternoon for consultation. Hope everything goes well for me... Strangely, I do not feel very nervous.... Will give you guys an update once I'm back tomorrow! Wish me luck!

Anyway for everybody's info, from PAI the chin implant used is the U shape implant which is the one I wanted... That's why I decided to go ahead with PAI. Coupled with the not so ex price(The price he quoted me), I decided to give them a try.... Dr Preecha should not be lousy ba....

Hi all, I'm back from the surgery now resting in the hotel.... Story goes like this.... This morning woke up at 0730 to beat the morning traffic, but still super jam when I took the taxi to BNH...

Reached there at 9( Journey took 1 hour thou it's very near) and registered myself at the counter. First impression of PAI is that it's pretty clean and nicely done up with new furnishings and white walls thru out, giving people a clean impression. Was told Dr Preecha would come in at 930am so just sat down and read magazines. Finally he came and I went for consultation at 1015. First impression of him was that he is pretty friendly. We talked about what I wanted for my face and he advised me to do only nose and chin implant and skip the buccal fat pad removal as he said my face is already very slim( Why I don't think so?) and doing it might result in uneven sides, which means the face is not symmetrical. So I went ahead with his advice and do only the two procedures. Was thinking to myself if not enuff, next time also can do lah... Since I'm thinking of going to Taiwan too....

After that he asked me what kind of nose I want. Told him I wanted high bridge with I don't want to see nostrils i.e chao tian bi. But apparently he do not really understand me and asked me to show him some photos of what I want. Seriously, I have already prepared some photos but all left in Singapore haha... Blame myself lor... Then I asked whether he has internet as I want to print out the pictures. Luckily for me he has it so I went ahead to do it.( Louis Koo pictures haha)

Wanted to go back to him for 2nd consultation but he was too busy and I was told I will only see him during the surgery. So ppl going there beware! Though he is world famous, but the amount of time spent on you is really this much and my guess is that he don't have after sales service too... The same cannot be said for his employees though.... They are all very friendly and accomodating especially this guy( cannot remember his name though).

Waited till 2 pm for my turn. Most of time was sleeping as I was given the sleeping pill. Most painful was the jabbing of the LA not the operation itself haha.... Think spent about an hour inside. When I woke up the doctor was already stitching me up. Now I look at myself in the mirror. Except the bandages, cannot really see the bruises and swelling. I know it's only the first day and the real shock will come on the second... Keeping my fingers crossed though....Also can see the changes in my nose, chin and eyes too! Happy but painful now, especially the chin.... Pain man...

Keep you guys updated on the 2nd day of my recovery tomorrow!
