look what yoskarn quoted me for nose job


To get similar resulat as that of sample picture:
1.Change the design of implant totally.
2.Cartilaginous manipulation.
3.Soft tissue manipulation.
4.Revision alarplasty
5.Thinning of the alr rim (option)
The price for all these procedure $4500 include 2 night in our facility.

i decided i dont wanna just do my nose with tokai, JUST CUZ he's cheap
cuz thru email correspondence, he sounds like he will say anything just to get you to do procedures with him..
i have the emails to back it up...
which is why i dont feel v comfortable 'entrusting' my nose to him...
esp after aadvark's bad review of his jaw implants too...
id rather save up more and get it fixed with someone who's more or less guaranteed to give you good results once and for all!



any other really good nose surgeons besides yoskarn?
and i dont mean nara/puttisak etc
cuz as u can see from yoskarn's comment, i need EXTENSIVE work, not just implant and alar...
i need doctor who at least does tiplasty..

any recommendations?

4500usd is too ex.. u can do that with taiwan doc at less than 1/2 of that...

How long actually i'm not quite sure because i did with chin. but dimples creation is painful though its numbed. poking and sewing your muscles together.

cos i did my thigh last yr in sg and it cost me a total of 3.5k now im fat again quite disappointed. in sg thigh they divide into 2 part. outer & inner 1 area, back & front another area.
last Q do we have to go back 4 him to review again after op? whose gg to remove the stitches?[/quote]

yes, dr pat from tokai does lipo too. dun think he has a standard charge, you will need to email him for a quote

Hi everyone!

I'm a newbie posting - have spent the last 2+ weeks reading this thread & the PS overseas thread - first i must say these 2 threads have been so educational for me, i learnt so much abt rhinoplasty!!!! Thanks to those who generously contributed their experiences & knowledge!

I hve been thinking abt augmenting my nose since i was early 20s but never found a recommended doctor (as no one ard me has done any PS).

I am really glad to find this forum (recommended by the purse forum) - it has opened my thoughts & who knew there are so many diff kinds of methods just for a nose! LOL

Dr Nara has perked my interest - not mostly becos of his affordable price BUT I do like the results seen in other members; pictures shared here.

My concern currently is if Dr Nara's L implant closed incision will compliment the kind of nose I have.

I have a nose that faces upwards, a flat bridge (between my eyes) & a short nose - I am hoping to correct these 3 issues. Ideally pull the nose downwards so that my nostrils cant be seen, extending the columella so that it is longer than the alar & extend the bridge between my eyes.

I visited Dr KK LIM 2 weeks back (he was actually the one tt did my mum's lovely nose 15 yrs ago but i cldnt find his contact earlier, was surprised to find him here in this forum) & his comments was that my nose skin is not very thick, not much excess skin on my nose.. so he cant confirm (until when he is operating on me) if L implant will be best for me & I might suffer from extrusion (tts the scariest part!)

Calling all the experts here eg: aardvark OR tanjhj - pls feedback abt what you think abt my nose.

I assume u are doing with dr nara..


Thou u got chao tian pi, however they look good to me.

However if u want to correct the chao tian pi problem i doubt L implant alone can do it. if you just wanna add bridge and height to the nose. L implant alone should be sufficient. Of coz Docs opionion is most impt..
