Dr Pat claims that he made my jaw implants big because my zygoma bone is big, so he had to balance it out (by making my whole face big?!).

Anyway, he's offering a special package for me to reduce my zygoma bone and redo my jaw implants to something smaller and sharper. It's cheap compared to what I know of zygoma reduction and jaw implants op, but once bitten twice shy, should I take up the offer? haiz...

Go for it.

He's not that bad a doc IMO.

And, after all, he knows your jaw anatomy inside out now. So hes the best doc to perform your revision.

Also do pre-op imaging before that.

Did he inform you of potential risks of zygoma reduc?

Hmm, do you want to go Hatyai together.. Lets go find Doctor Puttisak to make us beautiful.. I did my chin n dimples with doctor nara. Chin is not in position. Dimples has completely healed and lost. I did nose with Yanhee. I showed Doctor Puttisak my pictures, he said the implant is not in position thats y my nose seems shorter, and he dont recommend tipo in asians. I like his honesty, he explain to me how come he cannot make my nose to the picture i showed him "Lee jun ki", But tokai say results guarantee.
did u call dr puttisak in the end? he din reply my email lei...

He got reply my mail leh.. He told me my nose can be corrected by repositioning of implant. i also showed him lee junki pictrue, but he said surgery can improve but not alter the entire nose. Now i dont know should i go tokai or to dr puttisak. but that lady pic seem nice she did with dr puttisak

To get similar resulat as that of sample picture:
1.Change the design of implant totally.
2.Cartilaginous manipulation.
3.Soft tissue manipulation.
4.Revision alarplasty
5.Thinning of the alr rim (option)
The price for all these procedure $4500 include 2 night in our facility.

i decided i dont wanna just do my nose with tokai, JUST CUZ he's cheap
cuz thru email correspondence, he sounds like he will say anything just to get you to do procedures with him..
i have the emails to back it up...
which is why i dont feel v comfortable 'entrusting' my nose to him...
esp after aadvark's bad review of his jaw implants too...
id rather save up more and get it fixed with someone who's more or less guaranteed to give you good results once and for all!

any other really good nose surgeons besides yoskarn?
and i dont mean nara/puttisak etc
cuz as u can see from yoskarn's comment, i need EXTENSIVE work, not just implant and alar...
i need doctor who at least does tiplasty..

any recommendations?

well.. my heart with you. thats y i am so heavy against kalo .. i can really see what ppl will get from going there. just that ppl cant see what i see and they flame me..

just rest for a year bah than try water lipo or something in thailand when the price get cheaper..

Will be heading to Bangkok on the 2nd of August. Schedule will be reaching Bangkok at 12pm(Sat) then shopping and clubbing for the next two days and also buying of essentials like pineapple juice and liquid food for preparation after my surgery. Will be going to Yanhee for consultation with Dr Greechart on 4th Aug as Dr Sukit only do nose but I'm doing more.... Hopefully surgery will be on the same day... Coming back to Sin on the 14th of August... Hotel and air ticket already booked... Who is interested can join me too! Hotel is citadines at Sukhumvit Soi 16.... My friend stayed there before and he gave thumbs up for that place... Looking forward to my trip!
