Hi all,

I have been reading all the posts in this thread and am interested in going to Dr Nara for liposuction. Thinking of doing the waist and thigh area.

Can those who have done liposuction share abt their experience at Dr Nara such as surgery procedures, recovery process:

1) Do you need to buy the post surgery compression garment. i understand that there are two type, 1 for immediately after and 1 for few weeks after. Is it necessary and where can u get tat.
2) How soon can you travel back to Singapore after surgery, thinking of taking coach back if it wont be too painful to do so.
3) Do you feel the pain during the surgery. How long is the surgery? What king of lipo is Dr Nara doing?
4) After surgery, will u be able to get back to the hotel alone? or need some1 to help? Does Dr Nara perform after sugery consultation and wat is the cost?
5) Read somewhere that there will be body fluid coming out of the lipo area. How long will it takes and is it only after surgery or throughout the recovery process?
6) How long will it take to recover before you are able to get back to work?

Any other advices are welcome. Just want to know more about the process and the feeling 1 will encountered after post surgery. Thanks.

Hi All,

I jus came back from Hatyai, did nose implant with Dr Puttisak.

The whole procedure was painless, you will be put to sleep under LA.

When you go there, the clinic is without aircon & dun look as nice as Dr Nara but the air-con surgery room is better than Nara.

I did it in at abt 11.30am, the 1st day after the surgery I did not really swell.

the swelling starts on 2nd day but my swelling not as bad as Keiko when she did at Dr Nara.

3rd day my face was better, only the nose still look swollen.

This is my 2nd nose job, my 1st one was done in Spore 5-6yrs ago, too natural & abit slanted.

if not wrong, swelling for revision is less than first-time becos the skin isn't stretched out as much

not sure if i wld be a good reference, because i can always bring myself to eat despite the pain. i ate solid food the 2nd day after i pulled out 4 wisdom teeth, lol :D can eat la, but it wld be slightly painful.

there was no bandage cos everything was done from within the mouth. Talking wasn't a problem and i made sure i brushed everyday even if there's blood cos proper hygiene has to be maintained to prevent infection. when it was less swollen, i brushed and used mouth gargle as well

Hi Daybreakk,

I dun think in Hatyai got computerised image system.

I posted Dr Puttisak mobile in this forum already, better for you to call him for advise.

For my silicon nose implant (USA), is 8500baht nett all included, he even provide me with a good cold compress pack.

But he says it's best to use ice than cold compress, I tried & it's true!

Hope this helps...
