For BA ,you will be given 3 options where you want the incision to be : the armpit (transaxillary),Areola(nipples) or Inframmamary fold(under breast folds incision). He will explain the pros and cons of all incisions,or you can do a search on the net to do some home work.

You can also choose between silicone or saline implants, they are of the same price which was 40,000 Bht. I am not sure if Nara uses the new cohesive gel silicone or the older style (more dangerous one),I opted for the saline for peace of mind ,in case they rapture, lol ..... Saline implants are considered safer but they are not as soft as silicone.

The implants are place behind the chest muscle, this also depends on how much breast tissues you already have there. Generally they are better to place behind the muscle to achive a more natural look, especially if you are skinny and don't have much natural breast tissues to begin with, but they are much more painful and the healing process takes longer ,it took mine about 3 months to completely healed and soft. They will look hard ,high up,and horrible like two footballs stuck under the skin at the beginning, but once your chest muscles are completely healed ,the breasts will relax and fall to a much more natural position.

I had the armpit incision so the scars are hidden ,but this incision is considered the most painful,I could lift my arms or carry heavy stuffs for about a month.
Thank you for sharing,
I think abt BA every other day haha
just concerned about the downtime and if the implant type is right cos need careful planning ..

Me and mewmewzz will be heading to Nara on 19th Dec, those who want to join, please indicate in this thread.

We'll be going from 19th to 23rd. Staying at Lee Gardens Plaza hotel.
Flight details still unknown as tiger stops flying to hatyai after 28th oct.

I'll be doing:
-Eyebags
-alar
-dimples
-lipo (tummy)
-lipo (under neck)

yes, being a kiasu singaporean i'll be subjecting my body to all sorts of pain so i can get better results for the price of one trip :P

not too sure lei, you will have to ask him.
but if not wrong, u cannot just add to the tip like that right?
should be done along with the rhino implant?

i guess it depends on individual healing process. My dbl eyelids took a while to settle down, but i think for girls easier to pass off, can say u use eyelid glue or sticker

eyebag shld take 2 weeks b4 can go out i suppose

lipo got downtime mei? unless u talking abt how long you require b4 u can exercise again, else after lipo, u can still move arnd as per normal ah...

frens just got back from lipo at Nara, they say quite painless, more like sore, like after exercising too hard

from wad i heard, traditional lipo takes quite long to heal. have to wear compression garments etc.
I was quoted Laser Lipo buy a local surgeon, $2000 per area. Still considering. I am seeking for one tt has the least downtime and allows me to go back to work asap.

How many litres of fats did they remove?
i'm tempted!!

For double eyelids, dun u have to return and remove the stitchings?
