n Ya, Dr. Nara dun do nose tip refinement. so sad!

After e surgery, my whole face swell. And there were bruises along the cheek area. Guess muz b bcos of the implate..It took abt 2wks b4 the bruises went off.
For my eyes, after the 1st wk of surgery, i put on make up n contact lens oreadi. And by the 3rd week, my swelling reduced by alot oreadi.
Nose will take a longer time, thou you can c the effect of the implate but nose still swollen.
ppl told me u will need abt 1 yr for the swelling to subside completely.

hths :D

Hi Ms Juice,
do you know of any place to do tip refinement? and is it possible to send me the pictures of your eyes which u did with Dr nara?
Tks a lot.

I know of many many many people who have done bleph on the eyes both upper and lower and NOBODY has ever told me it was painful!!!! This means the guy is skimping on the anesthesia. For eyes you should be sedated and under twilight and LOCAL too!!! shouldnt feel any pain at all.

Gee wiz like I keep saying rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult surgeries to do. Especially when it comes to refinement and manipulation of the nasal bones, cartilage and structures not just a simple implant and to make it all aesthetically pleasing is difficult.
hmmm, she may not get the most perfect nose from a simple implant, but there's no denying that she can look much better with just a simple implant, and in the end, that's what most of us just want, to look better. Speaking from my own experience.

And price HAS to be some sort of deciding factor, not everyone can afford to pay premium prices for good surgeons, because we still have bills to pay and the rising cost of living in sg doesn't help either. If i can afford it, i would go to toiruimi too, who wouldn't?

People like me with miserable pay, or even tertiary students without pay, deserves to look good too :(

Hi Aadvark,
- Is it possible to send me the pictures of your eyes before and after the surgery as i am very interested to get it done? Is it painful during the surgery? Are you given anesthesia during the surgery?
- And do you know of any place in thailand tat can do tip refinement and making the both sides of the nose smaller?
Sorry for asking so many questions.
Tls.

at least 5days to look normal for rhino. If u do alar, there will be visible stitches, only after 1 week den u can remove the stitches.
never too late to change!

You could pray all you want but theres a cause and reason here and which one is at work is hard to say:

One possibility is that the area was infected from the beggining and your recurrent infections which just the same thing repeating itself. Thats the nature of bacterial/fungal infections. They can go out but to do so it has to be treated extremely otherwise it will keep coming back and they same antibiotics will work less and less well with it.
If you have had previous infections and gotten antibiotics what were you prescribed?

And now simply saying its $9 means nothing but if i remember correctly you said it was CLARITHROMYCIN ?? Which if true and that was you then the next question would be at what dosage and for how long? and just so your aware there are many more much stronger antibiotics.

Another possibility here is that your body is rejecting your silicone implant and all those infections etc are simply caused as a result of that rejection and the ONLY WAY TO CURE THIS is to remove the implant.

Another possibility is the implant was just too much for your nose ie it was pushing too much too much pressure against your nasal skin bones etc etc allowing for infections which also means removal of implant.

Have the specialist look at it but DO NOT TAKE RISKS!!!!! You can always get another implant. You can always augment it with cartiledge from the inside of your nose or ears etc and from bone too but you cant get another nose! if the infection gets severe you will ruin your nose permanently! You have had recurring infections and that alone would have told you SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT let alone pus coming all out etc
Hi Sampam,
You got the wrong person. I have never mentioned that antibiotics before. I'm having Avelox and cost $9 each. Thank you everybody for your kind concerns. I would be seeing a specialist on this wed and would update again.

Hi All,
I had went to see a specialist in SGH this Wed. I had prepared myself for the worst but to my surprised, Doc said it's good to have lots of pus coming out as it's might be a sign of all infections being cleared.
What a good news!!!!!
It's "MIGHT", so Doc had advised me to monitor and see whether if my nose swell up again. If it does, then got to remove liao. Now I'm drowning myself with lots of pineapple juice and papayas. Thanks Aadvark for your kind advise again. Appreciate your kind thought...

Sampan, do u koe of any procedures to get rid of facial fats on the area
between below the cheekbone and above the jaw? Thanz~
lipo or lipodissolve. though if your not fat or extremely chubby etc and just have a small area then lipodissolve is your best bet maybe.
Yup, i've done that... But wat other procedures to get rid of facial fats? Besides, cheek lipo and lipodissolve. Not the cheeks or jaw areas... Now i'm concerned with that area next to my cheeks, if ya koe what i'm saying... Thanz~

Does anyone know if Nara is also someone who can do next to a thino implant treat a slightly deviated septum?

I am thinking that it would be better to target both, as i always have a closed right nostril at night.
