Hello all,

Has anyone done cheek and jaw shaving? Was reading ard but couldn realli find anyone who had done it beside the korean guy i read who had multiple surgeries. But even then, it did not specify the place. Anyone knows of a reputable doctor? e cost? and complications? I have a slightly round to oval face and i would like to make my face chiselled... thanks!!

i might be planning to go tokai after june...probably to do tipplasty coze I had my rhino and alar done in Feb by Dr Nara...The bridge is there but I still have a round tip nose....I want it sharp and a little pointy

Anyone done tipplasty after doing rhino from another doc?? How much do tokai charge??


Another qns i have: I have a rather round face...can buccal fat pad removal help to remove that fleshy face I have to achieve a oval face??

i asked dr pat b4, u have to redo your implant at same time if you have an existing one and wanna refine your tip

hmm, that's odd, 7 weeks i already recovered already by then. buccal fat pad removal, the result is also dependent on how thick the pad is in first place, if not very thick, then the result may not be very obvious. Did you watch your diet after the lipo?

i'm staying in bkk now.. the food here is quite good u know... oops!

i was too dazed to see how thick my fat pads were. if i were conscious enuff, i wld hv brought them back to fry omelette.. hee.. but i tink shld be quite thick cos my face was reali chubby.. like baby cheeks like tat. now still look the same.. hmm

No news is good news!

Tip getting sharper and sharper. Regained sensation on my tip already.

Bridge getting lower due to reduction in swelling and probably silicone shrinkage.

Alarplasty scar getting better. I'm just most worried about the alar scar.

Columella scar has disappeared completely.

Overall nose looks good ^^

last sat(28march08). i dunknow why diff so much. i think it is better to bring SGD then decide how much to change. that timei have a diff guaging how much to change, in the end change too much. cos dr nara say i dun need alar.
