After an extremely long and tedious journey of browsing thru almost 100 pages of this thread. (its worth it though)
I've pretty much decided to have my nose done by Dr Nara, Bangkok, Hadyai.
I know i'm looking to do a rhino and an alar.
But i'm still pretty much a noob in this.
Will u guys recommend silicon or wad other material for the implant and Rhinoplasty refers to nose augmentation right??
Btw, is it safe to say rhinoplasty with Dr Nara will cost abt 10, 000 baht?
Thanks all!!
think if its dr nara..only silicon implants eh.
Silicone L-implant to be exact. Nope, no splint.
It should still be 8000 baht. Rhinoplasty is one of the nose augmentation procedures, alarplasty and tipoplasty are some other procedures
Next: Forehead augmentation, botox, RF

thanks aadvark!
but dont really need the splint right?
the latest quoted prices still the same, just asked. rhinoplasty is 8000, alarplasty is 2000.
dunno if the rates are more favourable now. hope it is!

i did my nose with dr nara on last sat.
the price still the same. rhino 8000baht, alar 2000baht.
1st 3-4 days: eyes will be puffy and swollen, have slight bruising.
dr nara say takes about 1 wk to look beautiful. the surgery took ard 1 hr only. the surgery is pretty fast, just that the waiting time can be longer than expected.
instead of waiting in the clinic, i went back hotel and sleep, wait till ning call me then i go to the clinic. even when i was at clinic, i waited for awhile before it was my turn. if you are staying in lee garden plaza, or indra hotel(2mins), it is just ~5 min walk.
lee garden plaza pretty crowded and have to change lift to get to the hotel room. i feel uncomfortable waiting for the lift with so many pple being so curious about my swollen face.

If im nt wrong, Novotel a lil more exp dan Lee garden oli, but i feel in terms of service its much better... Room quality about e same, except tat Lee garden's room abit dark even after u switched on all e lights.. which i dun reali feel comfortable with.

"happyliving has infection on her nose again, her doc thinks she might be allergic to silicone... i think so too, so she asked me how"
How does one knows if they are allergic to silicone??
I'm thinking of getting a nose job done but I've got really sensitive skin problem. Wonder if that will attribute to my body rejecting the silicone....
