tiplasty doesnt require breaking nose. Also, it all depends upon what you want and what kinda nose structure you have. I have said it earlier as well, I DIDNT have very big bulbous nose.. i just wanted a bit sharper tip... but for some reasons it seems to be all f******* up for me. Till the time i dont see the results, i am gonna miss my original nose.

Initially, you will feel that your nose is quite stuffed due to stitches and its quite normal if you get a desire to take all that sh*t outta your nose, but just dont do it :) The dissolvable stitches will fall off by its own and dont become impatient to take out the flakes. Also, you are not supposed to make it wet for more than a week or so.

You can bargain about cost of procedures if you want, anyways, i didnt get much of discount -just few bucks and i paid everything in USD by cash. You can pay 'em in SGD or Baht as well. You can see the price-list at tokai site. though its pretty obsolete and currently cost is bit higher than that, but it will give you a bit of idea.

Aadvark has already told you about the landmark - "7-11 store",
just try to locate it once you are near "Soi Sukhumvit 97". you will be amused by the location of tokai clinic.. its sitting right among those little little shops at a very uninteresting weird place. (I am sure after seeing the clinic you will remember my words)
I almost forgot to tell about something really important. I ate something by 5am at airport before taking flight and I got my PS done at 12pm . You are NOT supposed to drink (not even water) or eat anything few hrs before PS.

HI THANKS so much for those advice! i was also thikin of just sharpening a lil of my nose tip, didnt konw it will cause so much pain and bruising!
do u think its worth going thru the surgery now? cos i was thinknig maybe an implant would be less scary. Also, what do u think of Dr Pat's skills cos his certs are mostly in THai so dont understand haha

an implant would be more for the bridge, but if u use an L-implant, it will sharpen your tip a bit...

it's hard to gauge the surgeon until at least half a yr later... when i first did at nara, 1 mth after surgery, i felt like a freak and regretted doing PS.... but now 1.5 yrs later, i'm so glad i did, cos i compare my pictures b4 and after and i see a dramatic difference

patience everyone :D now my lower jaw is super swollen until i look like a freak, trying not to freak out at the moment also, cos everyone stares at me like i'm handicapped...

just praying that everything will look good after 6 mths, the way i experienced it the first time

Did he also do something to his eyebrows?? Or are they just trimmed? Somehow he seem to look different out of his eyes.
