yup, his nurses reply. I think he has a female apprentice surgeon, but cannot confirm that. Anyway, they help him reply email. No he's not schizo :)

i posted yest but seems like my post is lost, odd... :???:

anyway, i have a question for those who might have an idea what i'm talking about - my cheekbones are not too high or low, they look ok when i dun smile.

But when i smile, my flesh gathers around my cheekbones making my face look rather fat.

I know cheek lipo does not affect this area as I have already done it, and cheek lipo does not affect the area so high up. Is there any way to solve this? Will botox help?

I have decided to go to Tokai (Dr. Pat) for Rhinoplasty. He has said my nose is very complicated and thus I am being charged a high price. Nevermind that, but I'm going this coming Monday.

I never done ANY surgery in my entire life. Suddenly I am freaking out. I know I want this, but I don't even know what I'm scared of. I can't find Sineerch (Arnica Montana), I've already bought a whole bag of swabs, gauze, NaCl solution and mederma. Really need to know where to buy Sineerch, or if BKK itself sells it and where to get.

I'll be staying at The Bedrooms Hotel near TOKAI, taking tiger to BKK then cab to TOKAI for consultation then immediately surgery. I'm staying for 1 week. Wonder if Dr. Pat is willing to go through to check up on me everyday or at least every 2 days. Don't know how much bleeding or sickness is expected. What to eat what not to eat.

Although I've done research, I don't know why I feel so unprepared. I don't know how long the bruising will take to go down. 1 week is it normal? I understand swelling (means nose is a bit bigger, but no blotchy colours around), but bruising and weird looking face, approximately how long does it take to subside?

Please help me, anybody who has done rhino before. Especially for reduction rhino as I will not be doing implant.

Thank you in advance for everybody's help. Do please PM me if possible, or add me on msn [email protected]. I really hope people can help me, so I may be able to help too when I return.

Feeling very scared, but determined.. stoach tossing around. :(
you can get sineech from rachel like the rest of us. Think it's still $54 per box. Msg me on msn for her contact number :)

hmmm, been corresponding with Dr Chuang (Taiwan) about my jaw implants. He suggested I do medpor wraparound implants rather than the silicone ones. He even said he will discuss with me to see if I can achieve daniel wu's jawline (wooo~)

I did email Yoskarn about jaw implants the other time. They quoted me 1000 USD for jaw implants and 1000 USD for buccal fat pad removal. I took Tokai in the end because it's cheaper, 40k baht for jaw and buccal.

I know it's still less than 2 mths since my jaw implants, but still quite gan jiong, cos out of all the surgeries i've done, this one is taking the longest to look remotely normal, the jaws look damn big to myself.

this was meant to be my last major surgery. so just wanna get ready for revision just in case, at least get myself mentally prepared for it.

Sampam, you know anyone who's done jaw implants before? Very few surgeons do it in bangkok, and those who do dun have any such pix on their websites, guess the PS industry is still very female-oriented at the moment

going to get alarplasty but i'm wondering if i should get an implant too.. i have a button nose and sometimes i hate it (cos the almost-non-existent bridge means i can't wear most specs and sunglasses) but sometimes i kind of like it
and now, i've read that a lot of females get rhinoplasty to have a button nose.. is it true or just in the west??

Is doctor nara's surgery in eyelid good? I already have double eyelid but its asymmetical. The crease is quite high on one side. How long will it take to deswell? Thanks

so what? your paying for someone with exceptional skillls and highly prestigious position. Its like wanting to go to Dean Toriumi because hes the best but dont want to pay him $13000usd as an example.

Somyos is money will spent especially on facial plastic surgery and reconstruction because he specialises in that and is member of the american board of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. And he obviously is very good with noses.

nosecraze wrote:Hey guys,

Wanna ask if anyone here did Epicanthoplasty before?
Its cutting the side of the eyes to make the eyes become bigger, apparently tats what most celebrities did, esp those with huge eyes!

Anyway, pls do pm or reply me for those who did.
Thanksthanks!
I havent but my friend did. It really depends on the condition. If your skin flap covers the inside of your eyes you can get that cut too. But if the inside is fine then you can cut the outside to make it bigger and longer.

The cuts are usually tiny and precise and make sure you get it done with somebody with experience.

How much is this high price?

Have you seen any other surgeons?

Why is it complicated? whats the problem and what needs to be done?

Yes there are ways. First you need to judge if its actual fat and if its not that then you need extra support or anchors to help.

1. TOO EARLY!

2. Another reason why I keep saying DONT LOOK AT THE CHEAPEST ONLY but skills, experience, credentials etc

3.medpor goretex and more options exist but jaw implants are something very hard to do to fit what YOU want exactly.

4. Somyos specialises in facial plastic surgery. Tokai doesnt. Again price should not have been the ultimate deciding factor.

5. Did you try those injections?

6. For females its common for men its undesirable why? Usually it wont look good on a man and its very hard to make it look the way YOU think is right or want. Yanhee does it, Somyos does it, Preecha, Poomee and Witoon do it (dont expect the last 2 to be cheap ie Nara tokai pricing)
