Hello All,
I'm about to wrap up creating a company in Thailand. Now, I need an attorney or accountant with a good knowledge of tax law in both Thailand and Singapore so that I can choose the optimum way of structuring transactions between my Thai and Sing businesses.
Pointers to someone would be greatly appreciated.
