What are + and + points of working under PR

What are + and + points of working under PEP

What are + and + points of working under EP

mainly which saves more money :D

please tell me w.r.t Housing , Child education , Healthcare services , Owining a Car

All of those questions have been answered ad nauseum in the existing threads under this forum, "Staying & living in Singapore" and the "General" Forums. Once you have exhausted the info there if you still have any question more specific we'll be glad to answer them.

Also, what does "+ and +" mean? :???:
