I did regular exercise. Recently I went for jogging (at treadmill) for 2.4km and cross trining for 3.6km on the same day. Few hrs later, my chest in pain. Usually I haf leg cramp but this time round my chest...

Wat is the cause?
Should i cont my regular exercise?
I need to train up for my IPPT, i cant run 2.4km (non-stop).
Is there any tips to improve on tat?
