Don't worry about that, cos the screening will be held at least 2 weeks prior to the actual interview with Etihad. So the screening could be in July and the actual could be in Aug.

Hihi....

May i know if anyone got the contacts of inter-excel? as in the email add or the website....

Does anyone knows if Ethihad has any bond for their cabin crew as Emirates provides 3 yrs non-binding bonds.

If anyone knows about the open days in Singapore, please let me know can. Thanks.

Any Singaporean working as cabin crew in Ethihad currently?

Went to Etihad website and saw their cabin crew salary.
Can any Etihad Cabin crew explain the below stated? Approxiamtely how much of flying hours can we expect? And how much is being paid per hr?

The Remuneration package consists of the following:
Basic Salary Range: AED 3,020 to AED 3,250 per month based on seniority
Duty Day Payment Range: AED 250 to AED 290 per duty day worked
Layover Allowance Range: AED 288 to AED 384 per day. This amount is regionally based and varies according to individual rosters

What I did was, I asked the lady on the line to give me a call when the date has been fixed. You might wanna do the same thing. Register your interest with them. A better option is to submit your CV and specify which airline u prefer. If there is any recruitment that suits you, they'll give u a call.
Thanks for the advice. Really appreciate it! :) I'll try to give them a call then. But if u just happen to know the actual screening date...do keep us informed ya? Thanks again! :D

Wish you all the best if you are!
Thanks mz^d. The required height is 162cm and arm reach is 214cm. My height is only 160 but when I stretch like crazy, I can reach 214cm. hehe.. so yeah... I'm gonna give it try. Hopefully they will give me a chance to do the arm reach test... and will not kick me out the moment they take my height.

Will u be trying out for Etihad too?

12345 : U're welcome. Sure... will post in the forum if I know of Etihad's interview

Hi Woodstock,

No worries about the height cos I am 160 myself but I was able to reach the 214cm mark. So, not to worry, they will def let you try out for the arm reach test.

Well, I just got through the interview and will be flying out sometime on the 18th or 19th July to commence training on the 22nd.

well i think this is a much better opportunity than CX... no doubt you'll be away from home, but your routes will be more, your pay will be more and you'll definitely meet loads of interesting people. :)
all the best girl!

You'll be okay, worst case scenario, tender and come home. Living and working abroad is not for everyone just note that it is not like multiracial Singapore. Certain ethnic groups hang around together and don't really interact and sometimes communication breakdown and you get flamed.

Take care.
