I think your contract may dictate your presence for a while, grin and bear it! Actually not sure where it is, although I cannot see it being much different to any other condo, have you moved in yet? What are your thoughts? I take it your a football fan of the reds!

Actually I've just checked where it is, and i'd say you are pretty well located, not far from Orchard by car I'm sure there are other expats in the building too, although there is only 40 units! I think its a good location to be actually. I'm out in the sticks in comparison. But transport is not a problem here, its easy to get around.

It has only just finished being built (er, is it fully finished yet???). So I doubt that many will be able to give an opinion just yet.

I drive past it every week and have watched it go up. Know some people who checked it out, and the only comment I have heard is about the weird column in the middle of the master bedroom...no doubt you already are aware of that. It is in a very convenient spot, and shops not too far away as well.

I am a football fan, yes. A season ticket holder at Man United. However, the 'reds4eva' refers to Salford City Reds, my rugby league team from back home......

We're moving into our new place tomorrow, so will be able to report back what my thoughts are about it. Fingers crossed that I like it !

I'm due to visit Residence @ Evelyn with my letting agent next week, so hopefully you can let me know what your thoughts are... that is as long as you don't mind sharing this with someone from the other side of the pennines!!

p.s just arrived her 10 days ago - how do you keep up with super league over here?

How did you find residences @ evelyn?

About Superleague - we just watch it on a 'slingbox' which is linked to our sky system in the uk. We just watch thru our laptop.

Other than using that, I am not sure how you would go about it. Watching highlights on Boots 'n' All on Skysports is another option
