Does Anyone know about renting EC HDBs

Hi, need some advice, we are about to move back "home" to Singapore in July, my hubby is singaporean, but me and the 2 kids are british. So we have a rough end on the expat benefits as he is now employed as a local.

I know we definately can't afford to live in Expat condos but have heard about the Exec condo's that the HDB have available, can any one shed some light on this??

We are thinking about putting our eldest son (6 years) into ER International, so would need somewhere near there.....ANY ADVICE???

I looked into this too and found that the HUDC places were all sold into the private market. Given the recent market frenzy as well as their size and location etc, most of them are going or have gone en-bloc recently. Bummer.
