With each time you go for the interview, you get more experience and less nervous about speaking up. I dunno what they are looking for actually so I can't help you there. Go for the next recruitment, smile alot, be pleasant and be confident! Good luck.
PS: I am still waiting for the call to clear my medical! Got a missed call from a private number today! Just hope it is not them!
i think they all called from a registered number ba.. like 67 something something .. i think...

Hmm.. i feel it's actually about the smiles, and definitely on whether you can stand out amongst the rest of the 9 girls during the first rd of interview. Think if we put ourselves into their shoes, listening to an interesting intro compared to over a few hundreds of similar boring intros on that morning would make that difference of you being pick? Especially when majority of the girls there are equally beautiful..
About the calls, i actually received 2 calls from them so far. Their numbers are all listed, so dun worry about the missed private call Deeenah. =)

hi girls,
i need your advise.
i met an accident last year and it left a scar on my leg/feet
However my face, neck, hands and lower arms(stated in the application form) are not affected. So do you think SIA will still consider me?

As long as it can be covered by the kebaya, it should not pose as a major problem.

I wish I could honestly. But I failed management in May so will have to wait till end of the year before I can try again.
Good luck!
