bedok reservoir - cycling or running?

can anyone advise if bedok reservoir is good for cycling or running and what distances it involves or are there various courses/tracks you can do?

I love it, it's so peaceful...i biked passing by there once, there were both runners and bikers.

it's smooth, easy to run, but not lots of trees i think (if you run on the jogging path that is) :roll: once you run, it's non-stop? Distance wise not sure, but some school organised a 4.3k circle run there, so presume it covered the whole park.

Nope...its a pebble/stone path...quite difficult to rollerblade
