You would do well to try to worry about your M.Sc first. Lots can change before you finish (if you finish). None of us here have crystal balls to be able to see into the future with any sort of accuracy. Having a M.Sc with NUS will probably make entry into the local workforce much easier even without much experience to speak of. Certifications and degrees alone only tell me that you have the ability to learn and the ability to take tests and nothing more. I would say it would put you on equal footing with a local as with the local MSc the government will probably offer you an EPEC or Landed PR if you want it.
